EVERYONE CIRCLED AROUND EACH OTHER, WATCHING THE FLICKERING LIGHTS.
“He’s here” Will shivers. Jack and Eleven glance at each other, sharing the same look. He took the lead and he and the group rushed past the receptionist, ignoring her calls.
“Hey, hey, hey! Two at a time!”
Mike hit the elevator button multiple times but it wasn’t coming fast enough. He looked towards the side and noticed the staircase. “Stairs” the group rush up the stairs, almost skipping each step. Jack guided them on which floor Nancy and Jonathan were on. The group finally arrived at a closed off area in the hospital. It seemed like it was under construction.
They follow Jonathan’s screams as he tries to pry his way into the room where Nancy and the Mind Flayer were being held. Jonathan notices his friend and the group running him.
“Jack! She’s in there. She needs help” he panics.
“Move!” Jack yells, Jonathan steps aside and Jack immediately bursts the door open with his powers. The Mind Flayer wasn’t a shadowy, misty being, but instead it’s a slimy, red and gorey spider figure towering over Nancy. The monster turned towards the entrance and spotted its creator in front of them.
“Jesus”
“What the f-”
The Mind Flayer roars. Before it takes a step, Jack’s blue eyes turn gold and throw the monster against the wall. But blinded by his anger, he tosses it across the room, up the ceiling and down at the ground. The Mind Flayer shook off the pain and took another step toward the blonde. Jack lets out a yell as the Mind Flayer flies out the window and down to the ground.
