One Direction Preferences

Road trip!

Harry: While Harry's on break, you decide to take a road trip up to the top of the kingdom to Newcastle. It's a four-hour drive so you prepare a playlist fit for the occasion. You stop two or three times to go to the bathroom and stretch and once for gas. However, the playlist you've made proves to be useless because the two of you talk the entire time. Harry shares stories from tour, detailing everyday you weren't with him. You return the favor by detailing what the rest of your semester was like and how work was. You spend the four-hour drive laughing and sharing quick kisses as Harry makes the drive towards your destination. Once you've arrived you feel as if you've gotten to know one another much better despite being apart for three months.

Liam: You ride beside Liam, happy to repeat everything the GPS says in the off chance Liam misses any directions. You're on your way to Henver to visit Anne Boylen's castle and while the drive isn't long, Liam is grateful for any time he gets to spend with just you. You spend the hour drive singing songs and sharing stories, stealing kisses in slow traffic before finally arriving.

Niall: You drive the 109 miles from Mullingar to Westport for a daytrip with Niall. He's just gotten his license and he's more than happy to make the three hour drive while you navigate from the passenger side. Well, you don't navigate as much as repeat what the GPS says as Niall laughs. You've been apart for over a month so Niall doesn't bother plugging in his iPod in favor of spending the drive talking. You talk about what you've done while apart, going into great detail to make it seem like you were apart of the story. He keeps his hand on your thigh as he drives, leaning over to kiss your cheek when you get stuck in traffic. When you pull up outside of the Westport House, Niall admits that he wanted to take the drive just to talk with you without interruptions and you find you couldn't love him anymore.

Louis: You were taking a trip from London to Doncaster to see his family. You spent the whole time jamming to loud music, telling each other funny stories from your childhood and updating twitter on your adventure.

Zayn: The two of you had been in Bradford visiting his family for the weekend and it was time to head home. You get the playlist in the car back to the one you had made for the road and rocked out all the way home, only turning it down when you saw something while you were driving worth pointing out.
