Harry: "You look like a stepford wife" Harry comments, watching as you move about the kitchen in the floral print 1950's inspired dress and tan flats. "Why don't you try to help me out here Haz?" you question, pulling the roast from the oven as the doorbell rings. He wonders off to the front door to let his family in, greeting them with kisses and hugs before his mother makes her way towards the kitchen. "What can I do?" she questions, watching as you wipe your hands on the apron and smile. "Nothing, everything's done. I figured you'd be hungry by the time you got here so, everything's done" you assure her and Robin sighs. "Good, I'm starved" he says and the family takes a seat at the dining room table. By the time diner is done, you're completely exhausted from preparing everything and playing host. Anne chuckles softly, running her fingers through your perfectly curled hair before pressing a kiss to your forehead. "Harry, you take care of her now" she tells her son, taking one last look to your sleeping form on the couch before leaving the house.

Liam: "I thought you said you bought pots and pans" you sigh, searching through the cabinets and Liam blushes. "I... was going to but, I didn't know what to get" he admits and you roll your eyes. "Liam, I can't cook if we don't have pots and pans" you tell him. "I can run out real quick and get some" he tells you, grabbing his keys and rushes out. His family said they'd be at the house around six; it's five when he returns. "There were fans, everywhere! Paul had to come and get me but I got the pots and pans" he tells you, breathing harshly but holds up the pots and pans he'd refused to leave without in triumphant. "I... don't think there's anyway I can do all of this in an hour" you tell him but he assures you it's possible. He helps as much as possible, doing everything you instruct him to. "Honey, it's alright. Why don't we just go out to eat?" Karen offers, rubbing your back as you cry against her shoulder at the ruined dinner. "I'm sorry love, I thought you said 460" Liam says quietly, rubbing the back of his neck because technically, the ruined dinner is all his fault. You glare at him as Karen leads you from the house and towards their car while Geoff chuckles at his son's misfortune.

Niall: "It, just doesn't look right" Niall observes, peering over your shoulder at the stew you're stirring. "I followed the recipe exactly" you comment, stirring the pathetic watery stew and Niall scratches his head. "Maybe mom can help when she gets here" Niall says, leaning back against the counter of the new apartment he'd purchased in Dublin. "I... did you add the flour?" Maura asks, stirring the pot as her mother stands to your side. "Yes" you answer and Maura shrugs. "I... I'm not sure what happened then" she tells you, looking over the recipe before squinting. "GREG" she shouts, waiting for her oldest to enter the kitchen before whacking him with the recipe book. "You marked out the wrong part of the recipe!" she shouts and you sigh, because it wasn't actually your fault then. "We'll just go out then" Chris says and Niall nods, smacking his brother before leading you out of the home.

Louis: "Babe you want me to help?" Lou asks as he watches you scrambling around the kitchen. "No," you say walking over to the stove to keep an eye on everything you had cooking. He gets up from the barstool and walks over to you. "Hey," he says turning you around and wrapping his arms around your waist. "It's going to be alright," he tries to reassure you. "There's just so many people," you confess trying not to get emotional. "It's fine, they're going to love it. It looks delicious," he says looking over your shoulder to see what was cooking. He kisses your forehead before turning around to go set up the dining room. A few hours later there's a knock at the door that brings your nerves to an all-time high. You close your eyes to try and compose yourself as you take the last plate of food to the dining room. "Oh (y/n) it looks wonderful," Jay says walking over to hug you. "Thanks," you say with a smile. "Anything you need help with love?" She asks looking back to the kitchen. "Not with the food," you say taking a deep breath. "Yeah Lou said you've been stressing out, but this looks amazing love," she says putting her arm around you to help you relax.

Zayn: "You should make this," he says handing you the recipe book. You scan over his suggestion to see if you would have everything you needed to actually make it. "Okay, this looks possible but is it going to make enough for seven people?" You ask. He shrugs his shoulders and you go back to reviewing the recipe. You hadn't cooked for this many people before and you really wanted to impress his family. As you begin to get everything together to start cooking the doorbell rings. You turn towards the door, "That can't be them already?". Zayn walks over and opens the door as his family walks in. Your eyes widen, you haven't even started dinner. "We're a little early," Trisha says. "Just a little," Zayn responds, "(y/n) hasn't even started cooking." You're scrambling around now to get things ready so they won't have to wait long. "Hey love," Trisha says walking into the kitchen. "What are you going to make?" She asks. You hand her the recipe book to let her scan it. "This is going to be great, what have you done so far?" She asks. "Nothing," you say embarrassed. "Well that's okay, we came early because I wanted to help you anyways. I knew you would be stressing out, but I'm here to help," she says with a reassuring smile. She brings you in close to her to hug you before you begin to work on dinner.
