Am I the asshole for refusing to live with my sister and wanting emancipation?

(Bella Swan x half sibling)

I, 16 female/male/enby, recently lost my parents in a car accident two weeks ago and now have to live with my half sister Bella, 19 female, as she's my only living relative.

A little background on my half sister and I's relationship.

My mom was married before and had Bella she then got divorced when Bella was two years old and remarried my dad a year later and got pregnant with me.

Bella has always blamed me for her parents divorce, claiming that they were separated and working things out when my dad came along and impregnated her mom and had me. According to her if I was never born then her parents would still be together and she would be happily living with them.

With her I was always the mistake, the bastard, and the life ruiner. My mom had enough of her bullying me and sent her to live with her had until she straighten out her attitude. My dad traveled as a baseball player and with Bella gone I went to school online as my mom and I traveled with him.

Bella stayed with her dad until she graduated high school, and quickly married her boyfriend of 1 year and 3 months. They adopted his niece who is now 7 years old and they moved into a small cottage on his parents property.

That should bring us to now. My parents died while we were on the road and now I have to live with my half sister, her husband, and their child.

Bella said that if I was going to live with them then I would have to sleep on the couch and pay $5,000 a month to contribute to the household. They don't even pay for everything because Bella's in-laws do that already. My parents left me a lot of money to get by with and I worked odd jobs in whatever state we were staying in, so I have a lot of savings. Bella knows this and because they didn't leave her any money she just wants to leach off of me.

I went to the courts and asked for emancipation and they agreed after reviewing the evidence and seeing that I would be turning 18 in two years. I found a studio apartment in Florida for $500 a month and I'm already working to get moved in and I'm enrolled in the nearby high school with part time job interviews rolled up.

Bella found out that she wouldn't be getting custody over me and called me throwing a tantrum. Her, her husband, and her dad are saying that I'm wrong for doing this to her.

But am I really the asshole for this?

I don't think that I am, but I just want to be sure.
