Shit....what are you doing here?" she asked angrily pushing him off the porch slamming the door.

"Ohh...shit..." Olivia said under her breath.

"We come over all the time for dinner...." he told her frankly as she glanced behind him seeing his sister, Jaime dragging a 5 year old with her in one hand and a newborn in another.

"Well, thanks for the help, Brunz..." she said walking past him.

"Oh my gosh!" Kassie screamed hugging Bruno's sister.

"Kass! I didn't believe your mom when she said you were coming over for dinner!" she exclaimed.

"Well, believe it! I'm hereeeee!" she jumped up and down kissing her oldest son. She shot Bruno a nasty look taking his sister's bags inside the house. She helped Jamie get settled placing the youngest child on the floor next to Sam who began to play with him. After setting the baby down she grabbed Bruno's arm tightly pulling him toward the guest bedroom which used to be her bedroom.

"What, you couldn't wait any longer?" he said sarcastically. She punched him in the shoulder as hard as she could following the punch with a kick in the shin. "Ouch."

"Bruno! What the hell? You couldn't just leave it at that? I'm going home tomorrow..to a huge mess...and you had to come over for dinner? Make up an excuse..I have to wash my hair..I'm walking my unicorn..I don't give a fuck. Just be anywhere but here...really?" she got angry with him.

"Kassandra..you could have said no. I wasn't forcing you to do anything." he said taking her hand gently bringing her down to the bed to sit next to him. "Why didn't you if you knew it would make you get all bent out of shape."

"Bruno...you took advantage of me when I was drunk.." she said looking down at the carpet.

"I didn't make you drink those drinks, Kittie...and if I remember correctly you were the one that wanted to dance..."

"Dancing and taking me home to your trashy little apartment are two completely different things, Bruno." she said looking up into his eyes silently melting. Oh my God. What have I done? she thought to herself.

"My apartment isn't trashy, Kass. It's a studio. Don't hate. And it's all mine. All 800 square feet and $150 a month. Mine."

"Your dad isn't paying any of it?" Kassie asked shocked.

"You know...I'm not doing as bad as you think I am. I came from the studio." he said proudly.

"Were you cleaning the bathrooms?" she asked him sarcastically.

"Come on Kass. That's in the past. I've moved on. If the whole artist thing isn't going to work I'm going to do something else. I've sold a couple songs and am writing and producing all the time. How do you think I got on that VIP list? They weren't going to let Peter Hernandez in there."

"But Bruno Hernandez got in..." Kassie answered.

"No, Kassie. They let Bruno Mars in."

"Bruno Mars?" she asked him confused.

"Oh, please, Kittie. You really think Bruno Hernandez would fly? I had to come up with something else."

"What about that Ice Pick Jones thing?" she asked. He started laughing at her.

"Oh no. I'm too far out of this world to be Ice Pick Jones." he answered pushing a piece of hair out of her face.

"I would have gone with life ruiner..." she told him.

"What? Why?" he asked.

"Because my life is over after Andrew finds out about last night."

"Kass...why would you even tell him? It wasn't a big deal." he told her.

"Oh my god! Not a big deal?! Brunnnnnooo! We didn't just make out...we had sex. Hot steamy, drunken sex."

"I do it all the time...it's not that big of a deal." Bruno answered her flatly.

"Well, I don't. And I feel dirty. He was going to ask me to marry him." she told him standing up pacing back and forth. "Now he won't." she told him starting to cry.

"Kittie..he's an idiot if he doesn't forgive you for what happened last night." Bruno said to her hugging her. "I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too." she told him pulling away from his embrace starting to turn the knob. As the door started to open he pulled her back towards him.

"Kassandra...I love you today more than I loved you yesterday." he said leaning in to kiss her.
