The funeral was held at St Jhon's chapel the attendants were few, there was a family of three, the deceased girl's parents, and a group of 7 people, a thin, blonde man with his daughter, with the same hair and body type, the young lady was carrying a bouquet of gardenias, red carnations and purple hyacinths, although an odd choice of flowers, their meaning was far from a combination of colors, it meant the true meaning this funeral had for this young lady. The chapel was as beautiful as ever, with its stained glass windows that let the light in and illuminated the whole building.

The funeral was held for a teenage girl, Amber Marie Longstone a 16-year-old with many years left to live. Her death was of food poisoning, the death was of food poisoning and the family had wished to leave their daughter's remains in the nearby cemetery, in their family mausoleum.

There were a lot of words of comfort to the family, the friends, and the lover, all embraced and accepted the comfort and love that was provided. All but the pair of daughter and father stood at the very last seat and neglected any attempt of comfort, physical or verbal. There were no words exchanged between them, the girl clutching her bouquet in her hand and her father clutching her other free hand.

I remember being carried to my room and feeling a blanket being draped over me. The following 24 hours were spent on my bed, wrapped in blankets and looking like a hot mess. At this time all I thought about was Amber, her gorgeous eyes, and how her smile looked. the way she blushed when she was happy and how she loved corny or bad pick-up lines. She looked amazing in anything, although she didn't see it I always thought she looked amazing in those shorts she hated and every single moment we spent together was going through my mind.
