I opened my eyes to a perfectly pink bedroom. Felicia's room, I thought.

I laid on her large kingsize bed. My head was throbbing and I felt sick, then I heard a voice.

"Listen up, slut, i've been waiting for you to wake up for ages now so either you behave appropriately at my party and dont ruin the fun, or you get the fuck out. And I mean it."

It was Felicia. She was speaking loudly and slowly. She stumbled her way out of her bedroom.

Behaving inappropriately my ass. If someone was, it was her.

I stayed on the bed for another minute and tears started to run down my cheeks. I was a mess. I wanted to leave. But hell I didnt want my mum to see me like this or even worst- smell.

I got up suddenly and looked at the time on Felicia's alarm clock.

21:31.

Great. Just a half hour and my mum was here.

Pull yourself together Cas, you're not worth this, I thought to myself.

After having seen the populars' 'way of living' I thought it was pathetic, but right now what was really pathetic was myself.

I got up on my wobbly knees and pretended I still had strength in my body. I walked over to the other side of the bedroom and looked at myself in Felicia's mirror. I could still hear the music from downstairs, I could still hear the drunken shouts. I put my hair up in a ponytail. It was just starting to frizz up again. Just a bit. I looked at my face closely. I had red bloated eyes and black marks. I looked in all of Felicia's drawers to find makeup remover. When I found it, I cleaned off all the excess around my eyes and on my cheeks. I washed my mouth over and over again and just in case sprayed it with perfume. Yep, that's right, I went a little crazy, but at this stage, I don't think I could look be any ridiculous. I sprayed my body with deoderant and changed into the clothes I had when I first came here. Then sprayed all over again.

After that, I sat on the bed and waited.

I didn't want to go downstairs. I just waited until my mum arrived.

My phone vibrated at 22:21, it was my mum. I went out of the bedroom carefully, I didn't want anyone to see me. I walked down the stairs. The music was still on but most people had left. Actually there were just three people on the sofa, passed out. From the other side of the window that lead towards the back garden, I looked through it. There they were. All smoking in a circle on a floor. I swear it was like a hippie community.

I carefully opened the front door and left. I fast walked towards the car and drove home.
