Bellamy insisted that he wouldn't go to the hospital. I knew why and understood him perfectly, but it was about his health. My mom also didn't like the idea, but she helped him. She dressed his wounds and gave him a special ointment and pills to help reduce pain and heal his wounds faster. Then boy came home, and I couldn't forget our meeting on the roof. It seems that that moment changed us and brought us even closer together.

Another day at school. I didn't tell Octavia about the whole incident. Bellamy and I both decided that it would stay between us. I just told my friend that we had reconciled. I skipped the bigger details.

The people at school were amazed that we were talking to Blake and his people. Some may have envied us, while others thought we were doing wrong. But we knew ours. They're not at all like everyone else perceives them. They're good people you can really count on.

Another two weeks passed. Bellamy's wounds were already beginning to heal. He still had a few scratches and bruises on his face, and I won't mention his ribs. But despite this, fortunately, he felt much better. The situation in his house temporarily died down. The father found no reason to beat him. Fortunately.

His mother also improved, unfortunately, despite her slight weakness, she decided to return to work. I knew it wasn't the best idea, but it seemed like a woman just wanted to spend as little time out of the house as possible, just like Bellamy. They want to avoid this sick guy. Gale knows that they're working, so so far he doesn't care about anything more. Thank God.

Today was Saturday.

I helped my mom clean the house, and once we got over it, I took a hot shower, changed clothes, and went downstairs. I felt a tasty smell from the kitchen so I headed in that direction.

"Mh-mmm... " I smiled at the sight of my mother. "What are you cooking there? " I sat at the counter on a chair.

"Something special. " Abby turned towards me with a wide smile.

"Is it lasagne? Oh and you made a cheesecake for dessert! " I noticed.

"Yes, but don't touch it. " Woman threatened me with her finger. "Not yet. "

"Why? " I put my hands on my chest. "Are you expecting someone? "

"Yes, actually yes. " She replied with a smile, and I froze.

"Yes? " I asked uncertainly. "Who? "

"In a moment you'll see. "

"Mom..." I looked at woman. "What are you up to...? " Our further conversation was interrupted by a doorbell.

I exchanged glances with Abby.

"Well, go. " Woman said happily. "Don't let our guest wait. "

I blinked several times and moved hesitantly towards the door.

What did this woman come up with again?

On the way, I ran my hand through my hairand opened the door. Seeing a person standing outside, I froze in stillness.

"Hey, princess. " Blake smiled.

"B- Bellamy? " I was surprised, and then everything reached me. Well, bravo mom, you got your way.

I glanced back at woman and nodded in disbelief.

"I guess you didn't expect me, did you?" Brunet asked with a smile.

"No. " I replied and also smiled. "But come in. " I let our guest go inside.

I looked at myself. Damn it! After all, I'm wearing pajamas!

"Uh..." I stuttered.

"Don't worry. " Blake noticed my embarrassment and smiled warmly. "You look beautiful anyway. " Pointed to my blue gray pajamas consisting of longer trousers and a blouse with dots, with straps.
