Two months have passed since the beginning of the second school year.
After breakfast in the morning, I went to the bus, to school. Inside, I met Octavia. We sat down together, chatted for a while, and then started listening to music in headphones. When we got to the city and got off one bus, we had to get on another one, which was to take us to our school.
Before the lessons, we talked for a while, and then the lessons began. Nightmare.
The teacher gave us such strange and incomprehensible notes that the whole class didn't know what exactly the woman might have meant. And when we inquired, she replied: "How's that? You don't know? After all, you should" or "You've a note in notebook and you don't know yet?"
Yes... Wonderfully.
Miraculously, we managed to get through it all. In addition, Octavia told me that Bellamy watched me practically every break. I had no idea what he meant.
After all, I'm neither pretty enough for "his levels" or anything like that.
"Maybe you got it wrong." I answered my friend.
"No, I know what I saw. " She said. "Something is coming, I'm telling you that. "
It surprised me a lot, because Blake had never really been interested in me. Where did this suddenly come from and why?
In fact, I didn't even know what exactly to think about him. He seemed to be a stern and dangerous womanizer, and on the other hand, he seemed sweet, kind, friendly and... Lovely?
God, if you saw his longer brown, curly hairs! He's so cute! Clarke! Shut up! Calm down!
What do you even think about?! Someone like him would never be interested in you, forget it. But then... Why was he watching me like that?
"Should I ask him that? " I thought, glancing at him and his gang, standing outside, at the benches. "No. I'd fool around. I would come up and what would I say? Hi, Blake. I wanted to ask you a question, but don't consider me crazy. Why did you stare at me like that? " Surely then he'll not consider me crazy and will probably answer:
"I wasn't just looking at you at the sexy and beautiful woman behind you. Do you think I would be able to look at someone like you? Forget it, crazy girl. " I wouldn't be surprised if that's what he answered me.
I chased away all my thoughts and sighed. It's already after class, and I still have an hour and a half to wait for my bus. I could go to my aunt, Hazel, who lives here in New York with her husband and my uncle, Frank. Unfortunately, they are not at home today. Their son, Kevin, works so I had no one to go to. You'll probably ask, what about Octavia? She had a doctor's appointment and had to leave the lesson early. Well, then I've to go to the station and wait there for the bus while killing time while listening to music.
After the plan, I set off. I decided that I would go a longer way so that time would fly by faster.
I passed Bellamy and his friends, walked outside the school grounds, and headed for the lanes. I looked around, because here you never know what might happen, and when I saw that it was empty, I moved through the lanes.
Suddenly, I heard the screams of people and the sound of a car coming from nowhere. It was heading straight at me! In a second I'll be dead!
My legs were like cotton wool, I was totally stunned and couldn't move. The car started braking, but it wouldn't have time anyway.
After a while, I felt someone's body collide with mine. Only later I realize that someone had caught me and jumped with me to the side of the street, saving my life in the same time.
