Chapter 2

Danny's POV

It has been a week or soo since I started working at the hotel. It was my holiday tomorrow but I have to come in to study tomorrow too. I was wrapping up in Ms. Kang's office when my flip phone rang. I looked at it confused. No one but Eun-Kyung has this number. "Hello?"

"Hey someone's at the reception looking for you. Well he's looking for a Danielle who works here but you're the closest thing to a Danielle here so I thought I should inform you."

"Oh ah I will be right there" I told her as I wrapped up all the files and set them aside. I wore my jacket as I walked to the reception.

Danielle? No one other than my family knows I work here and if it were any of the idiots they would text me instead of showing up here.

"Someone was looking for Danielle?" I asked the receptionist. She pointed behind me. I turned around to find the biggest idiot in my life. He looked at me with a big goofy smile. I showed one finger signaling him to hold on for a moment. Ms. Kang was passing by. I bowed to her and said I will be late tomorrow as I have a family emergency to handle. She looked at me and then in the direction I was looking at. "Be here by 2 pm."

I bowed again as she left. I messaged Spencer 'Alfie Seoul with me.'

"Hello Sis, long time no see" Alfie chuckled. I grabbed him by his ear as I dragged his screaming ass out of the hotel. Everyone on the street was looking at us but at this point I didn't care. He pulled away from me, getting out of my grasp. "The hell are you doing?"

"The hell are you doing? You smoked weed and went to school? Do you know how much trouble I am in cause of your stupid ass?'' I yelled back at him. The bus that I take home came. "Shut your trap and get on the bus. You're not saying another word till we reach home unless you want me to call mom right now." He immediately nodded when he heard about me calling mom.

He got on the Bus with me. Next stop I saw Eun-Kyung get on the bus. I smiled and gave her a slit bow. I was going to approach her but I remembered I had Alfie with me. I looked at her and she walked holding a kids hand. The girl looked like she was falling asleep leaning on Eun-Kyung. "Get up" I said whacking Alfie's head. He looked at me confused but still got up. I signaled her to come and sit down. She said no but I pointed at the kid and she gave in. she made the kid sit down. I got up to give her my seat but she said no. "Sit down" I said sternly to Alfie when Eun-kyung wouldn't sit down. A few minutes passed and Alfie and the girl had both fallen asleep. Seriously what am I going to do with this boy.

"Your sibling?" I asked, smiling. "Oh no my daughter." She said, chuckling. I looked at her in shock.

"She seems to be 12-13. Your 28?" I said, confused.

"I'm 38. Who said I'm 28?" She seemed amused.

"Ahh? I- Ah 38? I just guessed. You don't look older than 30. Damn '' I said a bit shocked.

"Your sibling?" She said looking at Alfie. I nodded "The biggest pain in my ass." She didn't ask any further questions and I was still trying to process that Eun-Kyung was 38 and not 28 like I guess. Our stop came and Eun-Kyung picked her daughter up but it was hard as she had a bag in her hand. I tried to take the bag.

"No no it's fine I can carry them."

"Come on, you take care of me at work. This is the least I can do." I said with my heart melting smile and she just smiled and nodded not protesting.

SEE MY SMILE STILL WORKS. Ms. Kang is a robot that's why my smile doesn't work on her.

"So I suppose your full name is Danielle." She said looking at Alfie then at me.
