Chapter 15

Ryujin's POV

I first paid for the surgery cause I didn't want that asshole to come back to annoy me. Then both me and the other unnie had changed into the clothes my manager bought.

"You should go check on So-ra" I said looking at the older lady next to me tapping her feet continuously.

"But-" I didn't let her complete it.

"I will call you as soon as she wakes up. I'm sure your daughter needs you." I said after which she didn't protest. She left but not before giving me Danny's purse. I went into Danny's hospital room and laid down on the couch. Before changing I had asked the doctors again how long it was going to take and they said more than 5 hours.

I put my headphones in to distract myself when a thought popped into my head. The cops...they must have gotten a leads or some information by now.

I looked at the visiting card the police officer gave me and called the number.

"Hi, this is Miss LeMarcs representative. Checking if there are any leads on the person who assaulted her." I don't know why I was telling her I was her representative but I had no clue what else to tell them.

You idiot, you can just say you are her friend. But friends don't get private information and well...friends don't kiss the way we do. (Sorry i was listening to Señorita while writing this chapter)

"We have no leads as of this moment. We are checking all the security footage and will get back to you when we find something. Do you know someone who could harm Ms. LeMarc?" He asked, clearing his throat.

"I'm not sure if she got any threats but Ms. Kim, a friend of hers, has been getting threats. The letters and messages include threats of physical harm towards both Ms. Kim and Ms. LeMarc." I said scratching the back of my head. Ok talking about yourself in third person is creepy.

"Hmmm I see. Can you please give me Ms. Kim's contact reference?" Ok good thing I was using Danny's phone to call the officer.

"I'll forward your number to Ms.Kim someone from her side will contact you." I sighed. I could have just spoken like a normal person to him. But no you had to go talk in third person cause you don't want people to know it's you.

"Ok and please contact us when Ms. LeMarc wakes up. We have a few questions for her."

"Will do, thank you officer." After that I just hung up. I texted Oppa the officer's number and told him to talk about the threats I got and all the people he has blacklisted since the dating rumour came out.

I sighed and played some music trying to focus on the song. I didn't realise when I drifted to sleep but people mumbling woke me up.

"She's sleeping, let her sleep." I heard to which I just rubbed my eyes and got up "it's fine I'm up" when I finally opened my eyes I saw Danny's moms and from when I guessed were her siblings in the room.

I looked at Alfie and gave him a soft smile which he reciprocated. I should've called him. You idiot you fucking forgot to call her brother. He must have been soo worried.

"Sorry I don't know when I fell asleep." I apologised as it might seem a bit inappropriate.

"Its fine." Francesca said.

"Have you spoken to the doctor yet?" To which Spencer shook her head.

"I'll go get him." I said and got out of there.

"No need to call him, he's coming with an update." Spencer said. I just nodded to that.

I looked at the mothers to find Amber's eyes were red, the same as her nose, like she had just stopped crying. Francesca though she looked calm she kept on clenching and unclenching her jaw.
