Chapter 8

Danny's POV

I chuckled looking at the text Ryujin sent to me about forgetting her album release again. "You ready Alfie" I asked as I fixed my tie. "Yeah where are we going tho?"

"Well we are going to get your birthday present" I said smiling. I took out my car.

"Are we taking the car?" he asked, confused. "Yeah we are going somewhere a bit fancy also as Mom is still here I might go negotiate my current situation with her. It's been more than 2 months now and I think it's time." I said with a smile.

"You think mom will let you take over?" he asked as we went to the parking lot.

"I can try." I said smiling and put on my shades. We drove to the meeting location. When we got out Alfie looked at the building then at me. "This is a tech firm?" he looked at me confused.

We went to the top floor walking straight toward the CEO's office. The assistant was going to stop us when I said "He's expecting us" with my charming smile. She still followed me as I knocked on the door and entered. "Ahh you're here" Agueste said as he got up and hugged me first then Alfie. "Hello I'm-" the guy stopped mid-sentence as he realized who I was. It was that kid's father's tech firm. "That's Kim's dad" Alfie said shocked.

"Why don't we sit down?" I said with a smile as the guy was still shocked looking at me.

"I'm not selling my firm to you" he said when he sat down.

"Well to bad isn't it. I read all your paperwork. If we don't invest your firm is going to be shut down in 3 months and you're going to have to file for bankruptcy." I said calmly as I took off my sunglasses. "We don't need you. You need us. The offer is still the same 51 percent of the company for 55 percent investment. Plus you and your son apologize to my brother after all he will be the major shareholder." I said smiling. Agueste was sitting there with a smile on his face as he knew I was going to do this. I'm pretty sure mom knows about this too.

"Are you investing in the company to take revenge for me?" Alfie asked, shocked.

"Well not really it is a good company. You are 18. I got my first company when I was 16 so it's about time. I wouldn't have invested in the company if I didn't see potential in it. If I just wanted revenge I would have just made sure no one invested in your company and let you sink" I said the last part looking at Mr. Kim. "Which to be honest I have already done, so we are your only option." I said smiling. "So why don't we just sign the deal."

"Ok" Mr. Kim sighed he knew he didn't really have any other option. "I'm sure Agueste can handle the rest. I got to go meet mom" I said, getting up and wearing my sunglasses.

"Who are you people?" Mr. Kim mumbled to himself more but I still answered, "We are someone your son should have never messed with."

"Can you drop him home please?" I said Agueste nodded "Yeah don't worry we will go eat something before tho, as I couldn't be there for the birthday dinner. All the best with Mom" he said smiling and I nodded and left. Alfie was still a bit in shock as he looked at me to leave.

I drove to LeMarc's Building in Seoul. Parking my car in the parking lot I went to the reception. "Hey, I have an appointment with Mrs. Lemarc."

"under what name?" the receptionist asked without looking up.

"Danielle?" i said and she nodded. Giving me the visitors Id and I thanked her and followed her direction to the office. So Yeah I made an appointment. I wanted to show mom that I was ready to take over also I don't want to do this lying this anymore not if it hurts Alfie. That was the main reason to be honest I was doing this.
