Chapter 5

Danny's POV

I was at work right now and it was 11.30 am. I wore my suit jacket and fixed my make-up one last time. As I walked out of the locker room I saw Mun-Ho "You look extra fancy today. Where are you going?"

"Alfie's PTA I'm late I will talk to you later, Bye" I said as I fast walked. These people took PTA soo seriously. My mom's never showed up to any of my PTA's the only reason I'm going right now is cause these people have told me to come like a million times now. I took a cab as I was running late. I fasted walked into the school looked around trying to figure out where conference room was. When I finally found it I knocked and entered. The meeting had already started. "Alfred's Mom?" the teacher said a bit shocked and confused as all eyes were on me. "Older Sister" I said with a smile as I sat down in the closes empty seat.

I felt like I was about to fall asleep as they just spoke about the coming up events. Finally when the meeting ended the teacher gave me the sheet that contained all the information about the upcoming event. I didn't really talk to anyone but could feel everyone's eyes on me. I just awkwardly smiled and left the room. I spotted Alfie looking at me chuckling. "I heard my guardian was here. I didn't believe it so I had to come see it with my own two eyes." He said, chuckling.

"I don't think I'm ever going to show up ever again. They keep looking at me like I'm some unique specie" I whispered to him as she was sure another parent we both bowed and greeted them with a smile. "This is too awkward bro" I said and he just chuckled. "Ahh I wanted to ask you if I can hangout with A-jin after school we are going to an arcade."

"A-jin? Mun-Ho sister?" he nodded "oh sure. You can hangout with whoever you want. You don't need to ask me, just be home by 11 pm and text me where you're going. Are you going alone with her?" I said and he nodded. I took out some cash and gave it to him. "Pay for everything and be respectful. She is my friend's sister. You can't mess around with her."

"Oh it's not a date" he said as his cheeks turned red. "Ok but still be respectful." I said, smirking as I left. I checked the time and it was 1 pm. Lunch time. I texted Eun-Kyung and asked them if they wanted me to pick something for lunch. Both said no. I guess I will grab coffee and pasta for myself.

I walked towards the closest café. One good thing that happened after Alfie started living with me is I have my cards so I don't have to worry about money. I bought food for myself and was sitting alone when 2 older females came and said hi to me. I just smiled politely, a bit confused not sure who there were. "Alfie's sister? Our kid is in the same class as your brother." I smiled and nodded, not sure why they were even talking to me. "May we sit?" They both sat before I could even answer them.

"I'm Betty and this is Gina."

"Danny" I said smiling

"So what do you do?" one of them asked. I started eating faster as I wanted to get out of this as soon as possible. "I work in a hotel."

"Ahh Which?"

"LeMarc's" before they could interrogate me more I got a call "Sorry I gotta take it" I said picking up.

"Yes?"

"Room 4010 is asking for you"

"Why? it's my holiday today plus I'm not in Ms. Kangs, I'm out." I said, confused.

"I told her that but she told me to call you she's being annoying."

"Whateven? Lea you serious?" I asked confused. Lea was the receptionist.

"Come and deal with her cause if you say no the next person I need to call is Ms.Kang and I will have to tell her you refused to come in." She said.

"It will take me 20 minutes. I will be right there." I said getting up and picking my back. "Sorry I have to go I have a work emergency." To the ladies and left. Who the hell is this 4010?
