Chapter 28

"Do you want to throw a gender reveal?" Calen asked after we went to the OB-Gyne.

Mahigpit ang hawak ko sa ultrasound nang umiling ako. I told the doctor that I didn't want to know the gender of the baby yet. Ultrasound na lang ang tanging hiningi ko, kasama ang gender ng baby.

"We don't have guest anyway. What's the point? Everything is discreet."

Tumahimik si Calen. He swiftly held my hand and intertwined our fingers.

"Why don't you want to know the gender then?" Malumanay niyang tanong.

"I want to be surprised when I give birth." I chuckled.

Nilingon ako ni Calen. I felt his deep stares into me. He opened the car's door for me.

"Okay, if that's what you want." He said.

Yumuko siya nang kaunti para halikan nang mabilis ang noo ko. Tumungo siya sa driver's seat at pinaandar na ang makina ng sasakyan.

I can't believe that I'm four months now, nearly five. Lumaki na ang tiyan ko. Calen became extra careful because of my sensitive pregnancy. Madalas ay alas sais pa lang ng hapon ay umuuwi na siya. He cooks my food when he's at home. He's giving me more attention than he used to do.

"Calen!"

I heard a loud noise outside the bathroom; parang may nalaglag. Mabilis na kumunot ang noo ko. What the heck is he doing there?

Mabilis na bumukas ang pintuan ng banyo. Calen's hair is still messy. Hingal na hingal siya habang nakatingin sa akin.

He just woke up. We took a nap at 2 pm. Hindi siya pumasok ngayon dahil Linggo. I woke up before 3 pm because I felt all sticky. Sinabihan ko si Cecil na maghanda ng maligamgam na panligo sa bathtub at damihan ang bula.

"What happened?!" Nag-aalalang tanong niya.

Napanguso ako at nilublob ang sarili sa bathtub. The bubbles overflowed.

"I can't scrub my back." Mahinang bulong ko.

Calen sighed in relief. "I thought something happened."

Calen gets the bath scrub net and starts scrubbing my back. Nakaupo siya sa gilid ng bathtub habang malumay na kinukuskus na likuran ko.

Nang matapos siya ay mabilis niyang hinaplos ang likuran ko. Napasinghap ako dahil sa ginawa niya at nilublob lalo ang sarili sa maraming bula.

"Finished," Rinig kong sabi niya pero hindi na ako nakasagot.

My god, my heart is beating so fast!

"Lav..." He called my name.

Napalunok ako. Mas lalong kumabog ang dibdib ko. I shouldn't have called him here.

"Hmmm?" Kabadong tanong ko.

"Look here," Malambot niyang sabi pagkatapos ay hinawakan ang baba ko.

Calen slowly turns my head. Nagtama ang pangingin naming dalawa. He looked at my lips, and before I could even process what was going on, his lips touched mine.

He cups my face and kisses me deeper. Napahawak ako sa dibdib niya nang gawin niya iyon. I kiss him back and caress his stone-like body.

"Fuck," He curses between our kisses and suddenly stops. Humakbang siya papalayo sa akin.

"W-Why?—"

Napatikom ako kaagad ng bibig nang makita ang gitna niya. That is not his fucking normal size! He's hard this time!

"Let's stop," Hinihingal niyang sabi. "Finish that bath first. Pagkatapos mo diyan, kumain ka na ng snacks." Sabi niya at tumalikod.

I bit my lips while staring at him. Pinatong ko ang ulo sa gilid ng bathtub. He's really hard. What is he going to do about that? Would he do it alone, or would he wait until it calms down?
