Ellowyn's POV-
Katsuki pulls my hand away from fiddling with the fabric of my dress and holds it in his own as he asks me, "Why are you so damn nervous?""I don't know! I mean, what if they don't like me? What if I do something awkward? What if-"
He interupts me by saying, "Cherry, it's going to be fine. I promise."
When we finally get to our stop and step off the train, I ask "How far is it from here?"
"Only a few blocks. We're going to stop for lunch first though."
"Ooh, where?"
"A small cafe. I used to eat there all the time when I still lived here."
It's not long until we get to the cafe and sit down to eat. "I think I'm going to order coffee."
"Bad idea." Katsuki mumbles.
"What? Why?"
"You drinking coffee while anxious always makes you feel like shit. You get shaky and weird."
I sigh as I realize he's right. "I guess I'll just get juice instead. What's are you getting to eat?"
"Coffee."
"Aw, no fair! Also, I asked what are you getting to eat?"
"No need to be a smartass about it. I'm getting soba. And if the coffee really bothers you, I'll get juice too."
"No, no. I don't really care. Get what you want to drink. I think I'll get the soba too."
After ordering and eating our meals, Katsuki and I leave the cafe with very full stomachs. As we walk down the street, we pass by a flower shop. I decide to stop and grab a bouquet.
"You don't have to get them flowers. They'll like you even if it's just you."
"I just thought it would be nice. Anyway, how do you know? They might hate me."
"I just know. Trust me."
Within only a few more minutes of walking, we make it to his home. Katsuki knocks on the door and a few seconds later a woman who has to be his mom opens the door. The shocked look on her face quickly switches to a joyful expression. "Katsuki! What are you doing home?"
"I'm here to visit you, ya old hag. Why else would I be here?"
"Oh, don't get smart with me. Come here, you little shit." She mutters as she pulls him into a hug.
After they have their moment, Katsuki says, "Mom, this is Ellowyn. She's in my class." In a quieter voice he adds, "She's my girlfriend."
I hold out my hand as I say, "It's nice to meet you, Mrs. Bakugou."
She doesn't hesitate to pull me into a hug. "Call me Mitsuki."
...
Moments later we are all sitting in the living room drinking tea after Mitsuki puts the flowers in a vase on the dining room table. "Is dad at the store?"
"Yes. He said he'd be back soon. I still can't believe he managed to surprise me like this. He's sneaky when he wants to be. Enough about that. Ellowyn, tell me something about yourself."
"Come on, mom. You're going to freak her the fuck out."
"No, I'm fucking not! I'm just making conversation!"
"It's okay. I don't mind." I have to take a deep breath to calm down before continuing. "I moved here this year when I transferred to UA."
"Where from?"
