Bakugou's POV-
When I walk into my room, Kirishima is already waiting there. "Man, you are so far past the point of knocking. Do you even know what personal space is?"
He grins. "Nope. Never heard of it. Anyways, I just came to spill some casual tea with you."
"No."
"I saw you give the new girl her sweater back. Since when do you do nice things for people?"
I scoff at his words. "It wasn't a nice thing, I just didn't want to have to pick her fucking stuff up later. I already have to do it for everyone else who fucking lives here."
He smirks. "Sure. You definitely didn't decide to help her because you think she's cute."
I laugh it off. "What the hell would make you think that?"
"Oh come on, she seems like she would be exactly your type! She's super pretty, for a girl, I guess. She is more introverted, which for you translates to, "She knows how to shut the fuck up" but she isn't so quiet that we don't know she exists. She's cute! Also, you definitely kept looking at her during dinner."
I can't help but think about it. She really is pretty. She has long red hair, eyes that are two different colors, and circle, wire-framed glasses that are just a bit too big for her face. She's crazy small but still incredibly powerful. She doesn't purposefully try to get on my nerves like all of my loser friends, at least not yet. For the first time in a while, I think I might like someone. "No, she's definitely not my type."
"I know you're lying. You like her! You can't bottle up all of your feelings when I'm around."
I sigh. "Shitty hair, get out of my room."
"Bro, it's only 8:20, we have plenty of time to hang out."
"Nope, I'm going to bed. Get out!" I say as I push him out of my room.
"Noooooo!" He dramatically shouts as I shut the door in his face. I roll my eyes. What a fucking idiot.

Ellowyn's POV-
The next day, all of us hero students of class 1-A head to the training room. Aizawa decides to pair us up so that we can train our quirks. He begins to call out names but I don't really pay attention until I hear mine. "Sallow, you'll be with Bakugou." Bakugou and I meet over at one of the sections of the training area.
Bakugou smirks at me. "Ready to get beat?"
I have to suppress the urge to roll my eyes. "Sure." I already know that he won't beat me. How could he? Yesterday, I saw the quirks of all of my classmates, including Bakugou's. His quirk relies on the fact that I'll be within his range, but if I simply teleport to avoid each of his blows, he won't be able to land any hits. The only difficulty will be that my quirk will be weaker the closer I am to the light of his explosions. Suddenly, my train of thought is interrupted as Bakugou aims a large explosion towards me. I easily step to the side and teleport away just in the nick of time.
"Pay attention, Cherry." He says.
I laugh to myself at his stupid nickname. "Do you call everyone here by some silly nickname?"
He aims another explosion towards me. "Right now it's not the time for questions."
I easily step out of the way. "I don't see why not. Looks like we might be here awhile anyways." I see him get even more frustrated as he continues to attack me and I continue to dodge. It goes on like this for a while, just like I guessed. My plan is to just continue to dodge his attacks until he wears himself out using all of his power, and then I can easily knock him out. So far, everything is going pretty well. I have great stamina compared to others, even though I'm not as physically strong, so I should be able to finish this, but then I'm caught off guard by something new he throws at me. When I teleport away, he moves with me and then aims another explosion right in front of me. The light of it is too bright for me to be able to see or even use my quirk, and Bakugou takes the opportunity to grab my arm, pull me to the ground, and pin me down. I huff in frustration before muttering, "I guess you win."
