Bakugou's POV-
The rest of the week goes on relatively normally. The tension between Cherry and I from Sunday is basically gone. It only seems to hit me in the rarest moments. For example, this Friday it's the way the morning sunlight is hitting her hair in a way that makes it look like fire and gold at the same time. While she sits on the window sill and reads before class, I curse at myself for feeling my breath catch in my throat and my heartbeat speed up just slightly. Hair-for-Brains pats me on the back with a knowing smile that makes me want to punch him. "So much for not liking her, huh?"

I glare at him with annoyance. "Fuck off, Shitty Hair."

"Fine, I'll back off...for now."

I roll my eyes. "Whatever."

Then, Pikachu walks into the class. "Oh, I have to go. Talk to you later, Bakubro." He runs off before I can even respond.

Suddenly, the Alien Girl is standing next to me. "So, what are you wearing to the dance tomorrow?"

"Why do you give a fuck?"

"Because, I already know that I'm going to be doing Ellowyn's hair and makeup so I need to know what I'm working with."

"She asked you to do that?"

She has a sly grin on her face. "Well, not yet. Now, tell me."

"Fine. Black suit, white button-up, red tie."

"What color red?"

"Why didn't you just get this out of Shitty Hair?"

She thinks for a moment. "That's a way better idea. Kirishima will tell me the exact color of red without being so goddamn rude. Talk to you later, Bakugou!"

"Whatever. Get out of here before I kill you, Racoon Eyes."

...

It happens again when we train together in the evening. With not much progress made on her ability to fight physically, we decide to head back to the dorms. It's dark outside and I'm standing on her right side and suddenly I'm drawn in by the way the moonlight lights up her eyes, one blue and one green. I shake my head. Fucking hell. She playfully shoves my shoulder. "Are you listening, Bakugou?"

"Uh...no."

She chuckles. "How tired are you? I was telling you that the dance starts pretty early tomorrow so Uraraka is getting everyone together to eat lunch before we go. Do you want to go?"

"Fine, whatever." I reply as we reach the dorms.

"Great. I'll tell her in the morning that we are going. I'll see you tomorrow."

"See you. Sleep well."

...

Ellowyn's POV-
I wake up to someone knocking on my door. At first I try to ignore it, but the repetitive pattern doesn't go away so I force myself out of bed and open the door. Mina beams at me. "Good morning, Ellowyn! I see that you've just woken up." I guess she noticed that I'm still in my tank top and sweatpants.

"Yeah." I reply.

"Well, sorry to wake you but we have to get ready. We have to be at the dance by 4:30 and we want to get lunch before we go so we have to get ready now."

"What time is it?"

"Eleven o'clock."

I groan. "Mina, let me sleep for like two more hours. I'm not even doing anything special for my hair and makeup so I don't need a long time to get ready."
