Adonis told Mr. Willows to bring mail all his work and canceled all meetings as he wanted to take care of Priya and not planning to leave her alone. All day he worked but also took care of Priya pretty well. He never let her walk. He carried her wherever she needed to go. He also checked her wounds and was doing the necessary treatment for the wounds.
That night the both fell asleep to their respective beds. Though Adonis didn't want to leave her alone but still Priya insisted saying they anyways are saying in the same room so he can be less tensed and check on her whenever he wanted.
Suddenly in the middle of the night Adonis 's sleep broke as he heard some mumbling. Looked over Priya's bed and saw Priya was being restless. She was shaking visibly and mumbling some unaudible things. He immediately sprinted out of the bed and went towards her.
He started shaking her to wake her. She woke up with a heavy gasp. She was still shaking and it was hard for her to breath properly. After few moments her breathing got normal. She looked at himand hugged him tight. Adonis kinda guessed what she might dreamed of so he didn't bother to ask. He hugged her back caressing her head and back to calm her down. They both didn't know when they both fell asleep hugging each other.
Few days went and things got back to normal. But since then Adonis was scared. He was scared to leave Priya alone. He was scared to loose her . He was scared to death. Thinking about it.
Present time
Wounds of the past incident was still fresh in Adoni's mind. That was what making him restless. He was now only counting days when Priya will go to India.
Both of them only surviving on their past memories. How they were happy. How they spend their days. Priya was very much confused whether to take up the opportunity or not. But As she thought and Thomas suggested she replied with mail that she's ready to take up the opportunity but she wanted to started after 2 weeks as she wanted to visit to her house.
They immediately got mail as they are ready with her decision. They also asked for her number. The academy get them as they are thinking it was about some professional matter and so it was.
Priya decided to have a coffee after she got out from her academy to back home. She was reminiscing the past while returning back.
1 month Ago Adoni's POV
They were really happy together. Priya kept on her mischiefs and Adonis adored and cherished every moment they were spending together. One day the guys decided to have a party at our house in a poolside. Nobody just us and Harry's girlfriend Venessa. She's a great girl and both of them are lovebirds. Well Vanessa was so excited that she took Priya with her for shopping. I gave her my card which accepted and made me extremely happy. They got outfits for the pool party.
After that our household help arranged everything. We also setup barbecue. After making sure everything is ready we went to get ready. I got ready and knocked the washroom door to know if she's ready or not. She told me to go on she will join a bit later.
When she got out and came downstairs my jaw just dropped in the floor.👇

She came near me.
" Adonis."

I noticed a light shade of red spread through her cheeks. She bit her lower lips. Just then door bell rang and I thanked God but also a bit annoyed. I thanked cause if the door bell didn't rang I don't know what I might have done. I just wanted to kiss her so bad and also so many things. But thanks to my annoying friends otherwise I might creep her out which I absolutely don't want.
Priya's POV
I was a bit unsure about that outfit as I have never ever in my life wore this kind of outfit. I thought it might be showing too much and Adonis will be mad. But when I got down Adonis was staring at me deeply. I was getting nervous under his gaze. My heart was beating extremely fast. But it was not uncomfortable. Rather a was nervous yet relaxed under his gaze. It felt safe to be around him. I asked him about my look but he complimented my by saying gorgeous. I got red out of shyness. There was a thick silence between us and then the door bell rang. I was feeling both a little bit of annoyed and relieved at the same time. I noticed Adonis cursed under his breath. I chuckled and went to open the door.
It was guys. I welcomed them and they complimented me . Honestly speaking I was frequently caught myself staring at Adonis. He was looking absolutely dashing with his white shirt and jeans shorts. We enjoyed our time very much. We had barbecue and some other dishes. After having dinner we were sat in circle and was talking. We all had champagne on our hand. Though I don't prefer to drink I had the glass on my hand and slowly just sipping that one glass. After sometimes it was getting boring.
" It's getting boring. Come on guys let's play something. " Thomas spoke up.
" Ok. What do you suggest." Adonis asked everyone.
" We should play shots or dare." Venessa spoke making everyone confused.
" What the heck is even that?" Nick asked.
" Yeah so it's pretty much similar to truth and dare but it's like we will give only dare. If anyone chicken out they had to drink shots." Venessa explained and my eyes got wide.
" Oh God! This is going to be a loooong night." Thomas spoke sighing heavily. I thought Thomas spoke my mind.
" Yeah but please go on easy with her. She isn't comfortable with drinking or any stupid dares." Adonis spoke looking at me. I looked at in his eyes. He is such a caring gentleman.
" Oh don't worry Mr. Perfect Husband! We will take care of your little wifey. " Vanessa spoke winking at him. We all chuckled at her.
