"!!!"

Someone holds me down to a bed. "C~"

"Let go!" I swing.

Their grip gets softer. "Tallulah."

I taste hair products and fight the urge not to spit. "Wan-"

A hand goes over my mouth. I blink, getting a better look at the person. My body aches as the feeling sets in, mainly my head. "Mmm!"

"Sorry." He backs off of my leg.

"What happened to me." I sit up.

"You've been asleep." He says.

"Get out." I choke. I begin coughing violently. "Wat-"

He places a glass in my hand. Water slides down my chin as I drink faster than I can swallow.

Just as I move the cup from my mouth. Something hits my stomach. I move the travel sized bag of something heavy off my torso.

"Open it." He says.

"I trust nothing if it comes from you."

He looks me dead in the eyes and says something in Chinese. He makes a baby face and repeats cry over and over again until I throw my cup at him.

"Sǐ."

He laughs. "Dǎkāi dàizi."

(Die)

(Open the bag)

I slowly slide the zipper open, but as soon as I see colorful money, my pace quickens. "Money!" I pour it all onto my lap to make sure I'm not being played. "Money!" He slaps a purse on me and I open it too. It's American money. It must've been flipped months ago. This has to belong to

Ho lies there, dead

I stuff the money back in the bags. "Xièxiè, Wang."

(Thanks, Wang)

"Wǒ bù jiào Wáng." He crosses his arms.

(My name isn't Wang)

I give him a look of disbelief. "Wang."

He lowers his head, but I barely care since I have bags of money on my lap. "If you call me Wang, I'll have to kill you."

"Something you've always wanted to do." I start to look for food next to my bed. I know Nia left something for me if I've been out. I hate her, but she has a heart. "Yes!" I whisper as I find a container filled with foods I've never eaten.

First time for everything

"Yī doesn't trust you, he just wanted to get rid of Ho."

The cold something's flavor melts on my tongue, making me close my eyes and moan. "What is this?"

"You listened to anything I said?"

"Yes. What is this?"

"Mapo tofu and Dim Sum." He answers. "Listen to me now."

I stuff the small ball in my mouth and enjoy the last of the four. My body shakes as I give off that early wake stretch. The pain doesn't bother me anymore, I just want to lift now. "Too disinterested to care." I lay back onto a comfy pillow. It nearly feels as good as my own bed.
