We all walked out of the tunnel, "Let's never do that again." Viktor said. "What, narrowly escape the apocalypse?" Five asked. "Yeah, well, it's kind of our thing, isn't it?" Diego asked. "There's something very wrong about that." Allison said looking at the back end of a buffalo.

"Same suite, just ass-backwards." Lila said. "No hyperbole there." Five commented. "This is some hardcore Alice in Wonderland shit." Ben said. "Yeah, it only gets weirder." Diego told him. Dad then came running in panting. He quickly shut the door to the tunnel, "At last, the other side." "Where's Klaus?" I asked looking around.

"Yeah, wait. Where is Klaus?" Viktor asked. "Children, I'm sorry, but your brother...I did all I could, but he didn't make it through in time. The Kugelblitz has claimed its last victim." I fell to the floor with tears in my eyes and Five squatted down to hug me. "No, he was right behind me when I entered the tunnel." Five said. I looked up in fury at Dad. "You-" I darted up and grew vines to wrap around his neck. The others grabbed me to get me to stop. "Let him go, Scar." Five said. Reluctantly I freed him.

"We need to go back." Sloane said. "There's nothing to go back to. Children, there will be time for tears later. Right now, we have to keep moving." He walked out of the room. "Wait. Luther and Klaus?" Viktor asked. "He's immortal. That means the Kugelblitz can't kill him forever, right?" I asked Five. "I don't know." He replied hugging me.

We all dried our tears and went to find the elevator to get to the lobby, Dad was waiting for us. When we got to the lobby we walked out and saw that Oblivion was just a carbon copy of the hotel. "It's magnificent." Dad said.

"You guys should've stayed here. This place is way nicer." Ben said. "Lila and I barley got out alive last time. Remember?" "Yeah, but I'm here this time, and the numbers are in our favor." "Well, whatever it was, it was strong, fast, and super pissed." Lila said. "Alright, so, whatever you do, do not ring this bell. Unless you wanna lose a finger or a tentacle." Diego explained. "I'll take my chances-" "Don't." Lila stoped Sloane.

"Get out of my way." Sloane demanded. "To take out this thing, we need to be in the right state of mind, okay?" Lila explained. "State of mind? Do you mean, am I angry? Yes. I am angry. I wanna kill whatever it is that hurt Luther." "Luther isn't the only one that's gone. We lost Klaus too. I'm angry, okay? We all are." Viktor explained.

Five walked forward and I followed to see what he was up to. "Don't even try it, Five. Doors won't let you out." Diego told him making him stop and me do the same. "So, what, we're stuck here?" Allison asked. Me and Five walked back to the group.

"This place is a test and a trap and a means of salvation, all at once." Dad said. "Does anyone know what that sign says?" Viktor asked. "Yeah, it says do not ring the bell. That's what that means." Diego said. "We get it, Diego. Bell bad. What do we do? Does anybody know?" Five asked.

"Reggie? Reggie." Allison called to Dad but he didn't answer he just flipped through pages in his book. "I'm hungry. Does anyone fancy and unagi roll?" Lila asked walking towards the sushi bar. "Yeah, I could. Five dropped my lunch." I said going with her. "How can you possibly eat at a time like this?" Ben asked. I just gave him the finger and kept walking. "I don't know. How can you be a dick at a time like this?" Lila asked.

I sat at the sushi bar and ate some. It wasn't too bad but it wasn't great either and I still felt empty at the loss of Klaus and Luther. Diego and Lila sat on the other side of the bar and seemed to argue. I ignored them and sat brokenly eating sushi. I eventually got full and went back to Five.

I sat beside him and put my head on his shoulder. He rubbed my back before striking up a conversation with Viktor. "It's like the old man said. Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, and three times ain't gonna happen 'cause I'm not a gibbering idiot." "Well, we can't be sure he killed Klaus or Luther." "You serious?" Five asked him. "Of course we can." I told him in disbelief.
