Gone 2 Long (Number Five)

We Only See Each Other at Weddings and Funerals

I was in the jungle on my lonely little island working in my garden with my earth powers when I see the familiar face of Pogo walk up to me.

"Pogo what are you doing here? I haven't seen anyone in years."

"Miss Scarlett I'm afraid your father is no longer with us. He died of a heart attack."

"D-Does that mean I can finally leave this god awful place?" I asked with hope.

"Yes Miss Scarlett you get to leave." He said chuckling. Tears pricked my eyes and a big smile came to my face. I can finally leave.

"WOOOHOOOOOOO!!!" I screamed as I used my air power to fly me through the air.

I landed after my celebration and went into my hut to change. I decided on a black long sleeve leather jumpsuit with a skirt overlay with some leather boots. I also grabbed stuff I wished to take with me. So my clothes and the box I called my memory box that I hadn't opened in years but took with me for sentimental purposes.

Pogo then took me off that horrid island. I decided to have Pogo drop me off in town to get things like makeup and more clothes,cause my old ones are a little dated, and get ready in some public bathroom while he went to the academy to greet the others but I told him not to mention me because I wanted my entrance to be unexpected.

After I did my business in town I tapped on the ground twice causing a hole in the ground and I jumped in and popped up right in front of the academy. I closed the hole and I grew a vine to take my things up to my room.

After that I walked in and saw my siblings who now looked older then when I last saw them when I was 13, well I still look 13, but hey I aged mentally.

I walked quietly 'til I was in the doorway and then made my move before they started talking.

"Well looks like the old man finally kicked the dirt. About damn time if you ask me." I said loud and with pure hatred. They turned and all looked at me in shock.

"You all see her too right?" Said Klaus. They all nodded still looking at me shocked. "Yes Klaus. I'm glad you still remember I exist!" I yelled with anger.

"Scarlett...we haven't seen you since..." Allison said until I cut her off.

"Since that asshole put me on that damn island!" They said nothing. "I WAS TRAPPED ON THAT ISLAND ALONE FOR OVER 16 YEARS WHILE MY SIBLINGS GOT TO BE FREE AND AGE AND HAVE LIVES!" I used my power of air to make my voice louder and echo.

"Scarlett you need to understand that there was nothing any of us could do. Plus you weren't the only one, dad had me live on the moon for 4 years." Luther said.

"Wow the moon for 4 years, yeah the moon...ya know I bet if you really wanted to you could have left and you clearly got the gift of aging up there. So don't you ever compare what I went through to you cause you have no right to that!" I lifted myself with the air to make me taller and more intimidating. It worked cause he backed off.

"Let's get this shit over with so I can move on with my newly attained life." I would have told them how all of them make me sick but that wouldn't be true cause deep down I knew I couldn't stay mad at my bestie Klaus, and even though I was enraged with Diego I knew I didn't hate him, and Vanya is my favorite sister I could never hate her.
