The sun rose on this beautiful morning. Poor Wayne came home to his living room being littered by teenagers.

Becky, Jeff, and Frank were all scattered asleep on the floor in what looked like a collapsed blanket and pillow fort.

Gareth, Eddie, and I were passed out on the couch. Uncle Wayne has no idea that he missed a life saving intervention.

He looked at the six teens lying around before his eyes fell on the three of us happily smiling in our sleep on the couch. It's been too long since he's seen Eddie or me smile. He's also been worried sick about my current condition.

He saw the empy smoothie cup that sat on the table directly in front of me, and he hoped that it was, in fact, mine. If it is, that would mean that I am hopefully on my road to recovery without any medical assistance.

He smiled to himself, not that anyone would have known since we're all asleep. He stepped over a couple of teens as he made his way to his room to go to bed.

Becky was he first to wake up, looking around the room at everyone else, still passed out. She chucked a pillow at the three of us on the couch, smacking us right in the faces. I grunted awake as Gareth grabbed the pillow and flung it back, only to miss her and hit poor Pete instead, setting off a pillow war.

My stomach grumbled loudly. The boys on the couch with me both shot their eyes in my direction.

"What?" I asked.

"Someones hungry." Gareth laughed.

Eddie placed a hand on my growling stomach and smiled.

"Do you want another smoothie, or something more?" he asked.

"What do you have in mind?"

"Well, we can make a big breakfast for everyone, and you can pick whatever you want, or we can cook up something anyway, and I can blend you up more smoothies. Whatever you want, sweetheart. We just don't want to push you too hard just yet." Eddie said with a smile as he looked at my face.

"Whatever you want to do is fine. You don't have to go to any trouble, Eddie." I smiled back.

"There it is."

"There what is?" I questioned.

"That sparkle in your eyes." He gave me a quick kiss before he got up and drug Gareth to the kitchen, not wanting to leave him alone with me after he basically confesed his love for me.

I laughed at them and got up too, following them into the kitchen, not before giving Becky a quick playful kick.

I helped the boys make breakfast. Eddie and Gareth are making some bacon, eggs, and toast. I decided to make some cinnamon rolls, tossing them on a pan and into the oven. Eddie mixed up some extra icing out of milk and powdered sugar.

I smiled as I watched him and Gareth make a mess, fighting over the bowl. Somehow flipping a bit of the icing onto my face. They laughed hysterically.

"Guys, you're making a mess!" I playfully yelled at them. Eddie moved close to me, pulling me into a hug as he looked into my eyes, looking like he was about to kiss me. I was wrong. Before I knew it, he was licking the icing off of my face.

"Oh my God, Eddie!" I squeaked.

"You're so sweet, princess." He said before actually kissing me, laughing as he did so. I smacked at his chest, laughing.

"You're so gross, Eddie!"

"But you loooove me." He poked my nose and grinned. "Boop."

I rolled my eyes at him and laughed more.
