"We need to do something about her. She is far too powerful." I can hear Papa and Joshua talking from the other side of the curtain as I recover. " She needs to be exterminated. I've been trying to come up with the proper measures to do so. I just don't know what will work, with her I think sheabilities of reviving and regenerating. We may have made her immune to poison and electrocution won't cut it." I must be having a nightmare. There's no way Papa is trying to come up with a way to kill me. After all I've done for him, I became what he wanted me to be.

"Sir, is extermination really necessary? She is just a young girl after all. Maybe stop doping her up, and just let her join the others?" Joshua tries to find a different option for Papa, not wanting to see me end up destroyed and thrown away like garbage.

"We can't have her here. You saw what she did to Vincent. If she ends up like her father, I'll have to start all over again, for the third time. I won't risk the others. Not again." Papa sounds furious and saddened by his own mention of my father. I don't know what it is that he's done, but it couldn't have been good.

"In her defense, you did tell her to. What about just letting her go back home to that family that took her in? Back to her fiancé? I'm sure they miss her." Joshua's voice cracks as he speaks, pushing for Papa to let me go back to the life I don't remember. He would do whatever it takes for me to be safe, loved, and cared for again.

"No. She's far too dangerous to be let out into the world. As much as I hate the thought of losing such a powerful weapon, she needs to be put down before she kills everyone like her father did. From what I've seen over the past few months, she's more powerful than 001. I won't let it happen again." My heart skips a beat as I hear Papa's words. He truly wants me dead.

I struggle to wake up. Completely obliterating Vincent, in the way that I did, took all of my energy. I'm so tired. My head feels like it's being held down. My whole body feels heavy, like I'm strapped to the bed.

I finally open my eyes, and it hits me. I am strapped down. I can't sit up because my head, and my entire body is secured to the bed by thick leather straps. I can hear the crackling of the collar, they have it set so I can't use my abilities without electrocuting myself.

"Sir, she's awake." One of the nurses rushed over to tell him, throwing the curtain open.

"Good evening, sleepy head." Papa greets me with a smile as though he wasn't just discussing my eminent death. He has no idea I heard him talking about putting me down.

"Papa?" I question as I struggle at the restraints.

"Shh, everything will be alright, Angel." He hushes me, though it doesn't help the fact I know what he's planning.

"Papa, let me out. Please?" I whimpered as I continued my struggle.

I tried to undo the straps with my telekinesis, forgetting about the collar in the moment. In that same instant, my body went rigid, the collars settings turned all the way up. I can't breathe, I can't move, and I can't turn off my ability, causing the collar to keep shocking.

"See? Dangerous." Papa waited a bit before turning the collar back off. The shock leaving me completely debilitated.

"Sir. It was in self defense. Look at her, she's terrified. And what she did to Vincent, we told her to do it. Again, it was self defense." Joshua tried to get Papa to see that I'm not as dangerous as he says. I only do what I am told. I haven't used my abilities to hurt anyone willingly in years.

"Nurse, bring the supplies." Papa spoke sternly as he moved to the edge of the bed.

"Yes sir." The nurse was back just as quickly as she left, carrying a tray full of syringes and vials.
