First thing in the morning, Uncle Wayne and I headed off to Pennhurst, in hopes to at least see Angel, though we're really hoping we'll be able to just bring her home. She isn't crazy, she doesn't need to be in a place like that.

"We're here to see Angel Munson." Uncle Wayne announced to one of the nurses. She quickly came over and ushered us into a small office.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" She asked, closing the door behind us as we entered

"We're her family. The hospital told us when she was out of surgery she was going to be sent here." Wayne explained to the woman. She had a confused look on her face as she looked us over.

"No one told you?" She asked as she took a seat behind the desk.

"Told us what?" I asked her in response.

"Angel Munson didn't make it. We got a call saying not to send for her. She passed away." The nurse looked between us, clearly sorry to be the one to give us the news. My eyes instantly filled with tears as I heard the one thing that would surely destroy me.

"No! She's not dead! Why wouldn't they have called to tell us?! There's no way she's dead, you're lying!" I was yelling at the poor woman. It's not her fault the hospital didn't tell us. I can't believe Angel's dead, and no one told us until now. "This has to be a mistake!"

"I'm sorry, I'll give them another call, to find out why you weren't notified. Please, take a seat." She motioned to the chairs in front of the desk. Uncle Wayne and I sat down, his face in hands, his elbows on his knees. I'm fighting back the tears, refusing to cry until I know for certain that she's gone.

"Hello this is nurse Finnegan, at Pennhurst. I'm calling about a patient, Angel Munson."

"How can I help you? "

"We received a call last night, saying not to send someone for her. That she had passed away."

"No one here called you with that information. Angel Munson is very much alive. Someone from Pennhurst came and picked her up around 6pm"

"We don't have her here. We have her listed as deceased"

"If you don't have her, who came and got her?"

"I have no idea, but I have her family here. What should I tell them?"

"I don't know. That girl needs to be locked away."

The nurse hung up the phone and gave us a worried look. We heard everything she had said, but not the hospital on the other line.

"Where is she?" My uncle stood, slamming his hands on the desk.

"I don't know, sir. They said someone from here picked her up, but she's not here. I swear. We were told she passed away." The nurse looked terrified. Somehow, Pennhurst and Hawkins Hospital lost Angel. Someone had played with both of them, and they took her. "We're going to do everything we can to find her and fix this. I promise.

We stormed out of that horrible place and rushed to the police station, demanding to talk to Hopper.

"Come on back." Hopper called for us to go to his office. We explained the situation with the two hospitals to him and how Angel is now lost and missing, possibly kidnapped.

"There's a girl, Eleven I think. She was able to locate her before, maybe she can do it again." I blurted out, unaware that Hopper is Eleven's guardian, like Wayne is Angel's.

"You know El?" He asked me.

"Yeah, they come from the same place, I think." I told him. "I met her Saturday, at the mall."
