"You shouldn't have done that."

Addison sighed, fluttering her eyes open at the voice entering her room. They had landed in Croatia hours ago, her body completely spent and sore from the day she had. Lloyd gave her the room closest to his, cream walls and floor to ceiling windows in the historic building let the sunset shine into the room. An orange glow casted against the bed, warming her as she laid on top of the mattress wearing Lloyd's shirt. "You're going to have to be more specific," a groan left her lips as Addison pushed up on the mattress, meeting the gaze that Suzanne narrowed on her, "I shouldn't do a lot things, which shouldn't I have done."

Addison smirked at the way Suzanne twitched, irritation radiating off her body in waves. The new agents were always so easy to irritate. "He's in love with you still, it's not right to use him." A cold laugh left Addison's lips as she leaned against the headboard, twirling a piece of hair around her fingers. "Let's get one thing clear, I didn't use anyone, we both agreed to have sex. There's nothing more to it, if he lets his emotions get in the wya of that it's on him."

"This isn't you, why are you suddenly so cruel to people?"

Addison felt her heart stop in her chest momentarily, her breath hard to gather, her thumb pressing against her sternum to try and calm her erratic heart. "I became cruel when Lloyd decided that dedicating four years of a relationship was fake for a mission that didn't fucking matter," Addison rose off the bed, striding towards Suzanne, chewing the inside of her cheek to try and stop the tears from falling, stopping just inches in front of Suzanne. "You do not get to tell me how to deal with my anger, my hurt, I burned for Lloyd, I loved him with everything in me, he left me," She spat at the young woman, her eyes burning with tears, "do not tell me what I can and cannot do when I would still die for him."

Suzanne went to reply, pausing when Addison started shutting the door. "Goodnight Suzanne, please leave me alone." The door was almost shut before Suzanne placed her foot by the frame, the wood bouncing off her boot, "You know they teach about you in training?"

"They teach us all about the untraceable agent, the agent who succeeded in the Sierra Program, the first agent who mastered being completely untraceable while having a semblance of compassion," Addison's breath halted, her fingers tightening on the door while her back faced the voice, "everyone wanted to be just like you, imagine the pain of finding out that the person you've modeled your career after is a fraud, her kindness was only used as a weapon, and she has no compassion." Addison turned slightly, facing Suzanne with a sad smile, "I'm sorry to let you down, but you can only have your heart broken so many times before kindness is taken as weakness," a forced breath left her lips, eyes closing before she focused in on Suzanne once again, "I hope you never lose the kindness you have for others, but you can't judge others if you haven't walked in their shoes."

"I'm not judging you," Suzanne's hand tentatively went over Addisons on the door, half expecting her to yank it away, "you're being self destructive, I already work for one self destructive idiot, I don't want you to become him."

With that, she pushed Addison's hand off the door and shut it with a soft click.

Addison didn't bother making it back to the bed before she sunk down to the floor, watching the curtains dance in the wind that came through the cracked window. The warm air swirled around and cradled her like a soft blanket, holding her as a sob racked her body, silent screams coming out of her lips. She hadn't wanted to admit that she was being self destructive, she wanted Lloyd to feel her pain, that's all. But in the midst of all of this she realized how much it hurt to want him, she had ripped off the bandage that held her fractured heart together.
