I sat in front of her door playing one of my my favorite songs: Domino by Stray Kids, loudly.
I was ready but she wasn't yet, so I wanted to bother her to finish up.
Right as I was about to belt the chorus, she opened the door and glared. "Can you not?"
I smiled playfully, but before I could respond, I froze. She wasn't fully dressed and only had a bra on her top, no shirt.
No. Oh my god. Don't stare. No. Don't stare. That'd be sick of you. D. O. N. T. stare!
Apparently I failed because she covered her chest with her hands. "See something you like?"
I choked on nothing. "Oh my god. No." I could feel my face turning beet red.
"Mhm," she teased. "Now turn the music off."
I obeyed and stood up. "You're not even dressed yet!"
She laughed. "Give me a moment." She gestured for me to come into her room and sit on the bed, which I gladly did.
"This or this?" She pulled out a cropped hoodie and held it in one hand, holding a white button-up in the other.
I swallowed dry. "The white one."
She put it on and tucked it in partially, leaving a few buttons undone at the top. "Good?"
I playfully winked. "Smokin'."
She jokingly gagged back. "Thanks. Wait. Are you a dude?"
"Uh.. I think."
Her eyes widened. "So basically me getting dressed in front of you is like me cheating?"
"We're just friends," I painfully pointed out.
"Yeah, but it's not like it's okay because it's a gay dude. You like girls, right?"
I nodded.
"Tyler doesn't need to know. He'd be mad."
I rolled my eyes at her mention of Tyler without meaning to.
She narrowed her eyes.
"Sorry. He won't bother to ask anyways, so he doesn't know I'm a dude." I shrugged.
She chuckled. "Fine. Let's get going before I'm late."
