Kara & Lena (english version)

Kara was having another hallucination, it was more like a nightmare. She fought against it, the Phantom Zone was not allowed to destroy her willpower, she had to concentrate on the good and real memories and not let her fears take control. She would see her family again, she just had to wait and be strong in the meantime.

It helped her a lot to think about Lena, she finally had time to put it all together and understand why it had hurt so much to lose Lena this way. She had missed Lena a lot lately and she was now aware that Lena was not only her best friend. Lena's betrayal hurt so much because Kara felt more than friendship for her. She realized that in the Phantom Zone, because being separated from her almost tore her heart in two. But she couldn't give up hope of seeing Lena again, so they could reconcile and at least be friends again. Kara needed Lena, even if it just meant becoming best friends again and just hugging her.

All of a sudden it became very bright all-around Kara and she felt warm energy flowing over her body, she felt strong again and felt that she could fly again, and her powers were back. That's a sun grenade, she thought. Does this mean they found me...? Kara looked up and saw a spaceship. She started to beam, her heart was racing, and tears of joy were falling from her eyes. "My family!" she yelped with joy, "They found me!". Kara flew into the spaceship as fast as she could and landed in Alex's arms. She hugged Alex very tightly and buried her face in Alex's neck. "Hey, I've got you. I've got you." Alex whispered, touched. They held each other for a long time, happy to have each other back, and for a moment forgot about the others around them who were watching.

When Kara looked up again and read Alex off, she saw Brainy, Nia, Kelly, and J'onn rush up to her and hug her. It was a group hug and Kara had to laugh. "Hey guys, I missed you too," Kara giggled. J'onn was the first to let go of Kara again and joyfully ordered, "Lets go home." Everyone let go of Kara again and got everything ready to go back home. As Kara watched with a smile as everyone went to their seats, her eyes fell on Lena. Lena was standing there without moving and her eyes were shining with tears, not talking, and not knowing what to do. Kara noticed that Lena was holding back, they had reconciled only shortly before Kara's disappearance and had not yet settled everything between them. But the fact that Lena was also here, risking her life to bring Kara back, meant the world to her. She felt a longing for Lena's closeness, so she went to Lena and hugged her. Lena was stunned at first, but very quickly wrapped her arms around Kara and relaxed again. She hadn't noticed that she had been holding her breath until now. It felt good to be able to hug Kara again, she hadn't done that in a long time.

"Hey," Kara whispered as she let go of Lena again. "Hey," Lena beeped still stunned to be able to hug Kara again. Lena had missed her a lot and still couldn't believe that they had managed to find her. They looked deep into each other's eyes and neither of them dared to speak, Kara felt a tingle in her stomach when she saw those beautiful Emerald green eyes. But her intense gaze was interrupted by Alex.

"Kara, we still need to check you to see if everything is okay." "Okay, I'm coming Alex." Kara called and turned away from Lena. But after 2 steps she turned back, smiled at Lena with that warm Kara smile that everyone loved, and whispered: "I missed you a lot, Lena." Then she turned back around and went to Alex. Lena was frozen. She had imagined all sorts of scenarios of what would happen when she had Kara back in front of her, but none of them was anything like what had just happened. She had expected Kara to look at her with hatred because it was her fault that Lex got all that power, it was because of her decisions that it came to this. At least that was Lena's opinion. She blamed herself for everything that happened to Kara and therefore didn't understand why Kara just hugged her even though she didn't deserve it.

She needed to talk to Kara, as soon as possible.
