Chapter Thirty-Four.

Karl's eyes stared into Sapnap's as the words left his mouth smoothly.
"I love you, Sapnap."

Sapnap's mouth hung slightly agape at the words, his cheeks turned pink and his eyes grew wide. The words echoed through his mind as he tried to find the right response. Although, there was only one reply he could think of.

"I love you too." Sapnap smirked, grabbing Karl's neck and pulling him close. Their foreheads collided gently and Karl was giggling quietly. "What the fuck are you laughing at?" Sapnap huffed, kissing the tip of Karl's nose and then making their faces a bit further apart.
"You." Karl giggled again, which made Sapnap roll his eyes. "I loooooove you." Karl said again, "i love you so much." and again. Now that he has said it for the first time, he can't stop. He loves this boy so much.

"Karlllll you're so cute." Sapnap laughed, kissing the boy's cheek. "I love you too." His grin was so wide, it was ear to ear. Sapnap can't remember the last time he was this happy. For once, life was good.

The boys knew they had to start walking home, it was nearly eleven. They strolled down the street, Sapnap's arm was around Karl's waist and they were talking about their first opinions on one another.
"To be honest, I didn't like you much at first." Karl confessed, and when he saw Sapnap's eyes widen he quickly added on, "Come on! You were just some troublemaker who was forced to stay with me so you didn't have to go to detention. You used me."

Sapnap found himself speechless, and he knew that was because Karl was right. He didn't respond for a few moments, he just forced a small chuckle before replying, "Well I didn't like you at first either. You seemed like just another teachers pet, although you're obviously the cutest." Sapnap grinned and Karl couldn't help but blush.

"You thought I was cute?" Karl couldn't contain his smile, as his heart sped up.
"Of course I did, fucking look at you." He then got up to his feet and placed his hands on either sides of Karl's waist. "You're absolutely gorgeous." He said confidently, then kissing Karl's nose quickly.
"Oh shut up." Karl giggled, kissing the boy on the lips, and then his cheek.

"I love you."
"I can tell you like saying that." Sapnap grinned, having never felt so happy.
"Say it back, idiot."
"I love you too, Karly." He smirked.

When they eventually arrived at the school, Sapnap didn't remove his arm, he kept it there. They walked through the halls and back to Sapnap's dorm so he could put his skateboard back. As Karl shut the door behind him, he instantly kissed his boyfriend on the lips, making the boy drop the board onto the floor. Although, that didn't bother either of the boys in this moment of time.

Karl currently didn't have a care in the world, the only thing on his mind was Sapnap. He didn't care about his parents, or the blackmailer or Sapnap's past, he was just happy, for the first time in months.

His hands pressed into Sapnap's sides as the boy let out sounds of pleasure.
"Karl..." Sapnap mumbled. The boy pulled away and smiled at Sapnap, "Sorryyyyy. I just-I'm just really happy." Karl shrugged with a chuckle and Sapnap just grinned at him.
"Are you hungry?" Sapnap asked and Karl wordlessly nodded.
"Here." Sapnap opened the drawer to his bed side table and pulled out a packet of Reeces. Karl grinned and took the packet, ripped it open and bit into one.

"Want one?" He offered, but Sapnap shook his head.
"I don't like them." He shrugged, and that made Karl raise an eyebrow.
"Why do you have a packet of them in your room then?" He asked with a chuckle.
"I got them for you, dumbass." Sapnap rolled his eyes, and Karl's face lit up.
"You didn't have to." He mumbled, but he was secretly beaming with happiness.
"I know, but I wanted too." The boy smiled at his pretty boyfriend, and Karl just giggled.

"Also." Sapnap begun, and Karl could instantly sense the change of atmosphere. "I want to try find out who's blackmailing you."
"Wha- Sapnap I-"
"No Karl I mean it, i'm not going to let someone stress you out like this. It has to stop. The text time you get a letter I need you to tell me." Sapnap said firmly, and Karl just silently nodded. The boy then pulled Karl into a tight hug in an attempt to comfort him.

Karl wrapped his arms around his boyfriends neck tightly, enjoying the embrace.
"Thank you for caring so much, honestly. I don't deserve you." Karl muttered, and Sapnap only just heard him.
"That's not true, you deserve me. You're perfect, love." The boy whispered quietly. Karl didn't respond, he just smiled to himself and closed his eyes.

He knew Sapnap was right, they did need to figure out who this blackmailer was. Karl had been being controlled for too long, it was time to put an end to it. He then pulled out of the hug and Sapnap raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"You don't think its any of our friends, do you?" Karl asked, and Sapnap didn't respond for a few moments, as he thought to himself.
"Surely not..." But he didn't sound certain.

Sapnap thought for a moment, and then his eyes opened wide.
"Wait, Karl.." He muttered, "I think I know who it is."
