"I want to be your boyfriend, Karl Jacobs." Sapnap looked at the floor while he spoke, knowing he couldn't look at Karl in the eyes while he said such a thing.
Sapnap never thought this would happen to him. He never thought he would find the perfect person for him, and he certainly never thought it would be a boy. And yes, it has been confusing and overwhelming, but it has also been wonderful and all of the confusion has been worth it. And thats because Sapnap loved this boy who stood before him, but he knew damn well he wasn't ready to say it out loud yet. After all, he wanted to take this one step at a time.
Karl's eyes were wide like never before as he stared at Sapnap who was still staring at the floor. "R-Really?" He stammered, his cheeks as pink as his lips.
"Y-Yeah..." Sapnap mumbled, still refusing to meet Karls eyes.
"Fucking hell- err-" Karl whispered to himself, he could tell Sapnap felt so vulnerable in this moment. He had never seen the boy like this before, he just wanted to pull him into a big bear hug and tell him everything would be okay, but he couldn't. In this moment, he knew what he had to do.
He placed both his hands on either side of Sapnap's face and pulled him in. He kissed him passionately with no regrets, enjoying every second of it. Sapnap closed his eyes and kissed him back hastily, never wanting to let go.
Sapnap was a bit worried at the moment as he didn't know what this meant for their relationship, did this mean they were boyfriends? Was this Karl's way of saying he didn't want any labels? Fuck this was confusing.
The shorter boy pulled away and stared up at Sapnap, and finally the boy looked him in the eyes.
"I want you to be my boyfriend aswell." Karl said with a confident, loud tone. "So, Sapnap." He begun.
"Will you be my boyfriend?" He asked the other with a grin on his face. Sapnap nodded silently before saying, "Yes. Yeah, fuck yes." Over and over again, then placing his hands on either side of karl's waist and lifting the boy up above his shoulders.
"SAP! PUT ME DOWN!" Karl screeched as Sapnap twirled the two round in circles while he laughed. He eventually put Karl down and kissed his cheek, "Okay okay.." He chuckled.
"You're crazy!" Karl giggled, catching his breath.
"Only for you, Jacobs."
The two boys remained in Sapnap's room till the end of the hour until the bell sounded, and that meant it was now second period.
"What do you have?" Karl asked the other. Sapnap was slowly stroking Karl's hair while the boy was sat in his lap, leaning his back against him.
"I have Biology, what about you?" He smiled, still feeling incredibly happy after being Karl's official boyfriend.
"Maths." Karl groaned, turning his body around so he was still in Sapnap's lap but now they were chest-to-chest.
Sapnap breathed heavily as he slowly moved in closer, and Karl did the same. Their lips met and they shared a passionate kiss. Karl's tongue entered Sap's mouth as he explored the familiar area, and then bit the boys lip teasingly on the way out. Sapnap chuckled as he pulled away, "You're an idiot."
"Yeah, but you love it." He grinned, then kissing the boys nose.
"You're so clingy Karly." Sapnap grinned, enjoying the attention.
"What can I say? I'm happy."
"Are we going to class?" The other asked, and Karl just shrugged. "We probably should, you don't want to get in trouble do you? I can't help but feel like a bad influence." Sapnap laughed, but it was obvious he meant what he said even in the slightest.
"Oh shut up, you're not a bad influence on me Sapy." Karl rolled his eyes as he climbed off the boys lap and got to his feet. "But you have a point, we should go."
They both brushed themselves off and Karl wiped his lips, he knew they were slightly plumper than usual after all the kissing, but Sapnap was the same. Hopefully their piers wouldn't put two and two together.
Karl opened the door, and as soon as he was about to stand into the hallway, he saw someone he completely forgot about.
"Mother?" Karl went bright pink. With his messy hair and plump lips, his blushing cheeks and Sapnap's hoodie around his waist. It was quite obvious what the two boys were just doing, and he didn't want his mother to catch on. But when Sapnap walked up behind Karl and set eyes on the boys mom, it was obvious she had figured it out.
Her eyes grew wide as her mouth hung slightly agape. "Uhm- Hi Karl." She said with a confused tone.
"Mom? What are you doing at Sapnap's dorm?" Karl wiped his lips with the back of his hand.
"Well you skipped class Karl, you never do that. I just knew your new boyfriend had something to do with this." His mothers eyes narrowed, she was clearly annoyed and she had a right to be. Karl had gotten careless, and now he had to pay the price.
Sapnap gently pushed Karl aside and stood besides him, then smiling at his mother. "Hi! Its nice to meet you, really sorry about this I had a family emergency and Karl is the only one I trust enough to help me. I'm really sorry for making him skip, he didn't want to it's my fault."
Karl looked up at his boyfriend and smiled slightly before looking back to his mom.
"I understand, but Karl needs his education."
"I know, I know. It won't happen again." Sapnap nodded slowly, then looking back up at the adult.
His mom was silent for a few moments before letting out a sigh. "It's nice to finally meet you, Sapnap." She nodded back at him. "Please, call me Sammy."
"Oh- okay Sammy." Sapnap smiled slightly, and Karl did the same. He loved this, he loved seeing his two most important people getting along.
"Well." She begun, "Karl we need to talk about your dad, in private." And Karl's smile faded at the mention of his father. But despite that, he nodded wordlessly. Sammy begun walking down the hallway, "I'll meet you at your dorm, Karl." She shouted from behind her.
Karl watched her walk away for a few moments before turning back to Sapnap. "Well that was something." He mumbled and Sapnap chuckled, "Indeed. Do you think she likes me?"
"How could she not?" Karl smiled back at him, then placing a kiss on his boyfriends nose, again. "I'll come by your dorm when i'm done okay? Go to your second lesson though, but skip break just come here, i'll be waiting for you darling." He said before walking down the hallway, following his mother loosely behind.
Sapnap stared at the brunette while he sped-walked down the hall. He couldn't stop the smile from forming on his face as he replayed the last few moments in his mind. Karl and him were together, they were boyfriends. Fuck, this was amazing.
