Karl was now sitting in his room with Tubbo, Tommy and Ranboo and they were all doing a movie marathon together. Currently, Aladin is what they all chose to watch, and next in line was Tangled, at Karl's request. Karl was lying on his bed with Tubbo sitting at the top of the bed, his back leaning against the head board with his legs spread wide. Tommy was lying on Tubbo's lap, and Ranboo was perched on the end of the bed, only just fitting on the single bed.

"This movie is utter shit." Tommy said with a scoff. Tubbo just ruffled his blonde hair about, then telling him to shut up.
"Whatever." He scoffed.

Soon enough, after a few more movies all the boys had fallen asleep. Poor Ranboo was forced to sleep on the floor, because Tommy refused to sleep in a squished up bed so the taller boy offered to sleep on the floor. Karl was honestly quite happy now, he was just so glad he had such fun friends.

As he was dreaming, he couldn't help but let Sapnap enter his mind like every other night. He dreamt that the two boys never broke up, and they were claimed the "power couple" of the school. He dreamt that they were happy, and thats all that Karl wanted anymore.

A part of him knew that he would never fully be over Sapnap, that boy would always own a piece of Karl's heart. He just hoped that Sapnap felt the same.

And the only way he could find out, is if he asked him. Maybe he should. Who knows, maybe they will talk and then everything will go back to how it was. Because these last two months without that boy in his life, were the worst two months he had ever experienced.

Monday came around in a flash, and Karl woke up to his usual alarm. And today, the boy was on a mission. He had convinced himself that today was the day he would finally talk to Sapnap. It didn't have to be a long conversation, maybe just asking how the boy was doing. He just needed to hear his voice.

He decided to wear a brown button up shirt, with the top two buttons undone. Dark brown cargos and his black converse. He brushed his hair and styled it nicely, and then picked up his schedule for the day. He started off with Art, which he had with Sapnap which was good.

He exited his room and Tubbo was waiting there as usual. The said their greetings and then begun to walk to class. Tubbo wasn't in Karl's class, but the boy offered to walk to the art room, and then go to his own class, which was Drama.

Karl knew he wanted to talk to someone about how he planned to talk to Sapnap, and he figured Tubbo was the perfect person. Although, he didn't really have anyone else he trusted enough so he didn't have much choice.
"I think I want to go talk to Sapnap today."
"Oh? About what?" Tubbo asked, clearly not too fond of the idea.

"I don't know. I guess i just..." He paused. "Miss his voice?"
"Awww Karl..." Tubbo grinned, and then patted his friend on the back. "If thats what you want, I'm all for it."
"Thank you Tubs, you're amazing." Karl smiled, and then they continued having a normal conversation, but Karl was smiling inside. He was glad to get it off his chest.

Eventually, the arrived at the Art room and Tubbo hugged him goodbye, and then wished him good luck for the conversation with Sapnap. Then, he left Karl alone, standing at the front of the room by himself. The boy scanned the room, but he couldn't see his ex anywhere so he assumed Sapnap would be late. Karl took his normal seat, in the back row, and kept his eyes on the door.

Soon enough, the brunette entered the room and Karl instantly shot up. He noticed Sapnap's hair was more scruffy than usual, and he had eye bags underneath his gorgeous brown eyes. The same brown eyes Karl would stare into before kissing the boys plump lips.

He watched as Sapnap walked into the classroom, and Karl knew it was now or never. He walked towards him, and Sapnap instantly took notice of it and stopped dead in his tracks.

I can do this. I can do this. I can do this. Karl repeated to himself in his thoughts, but it didn't soothe his nerves at all.
"Uh- hi." Karl mumbled, after he stopped in front of the boy.
"H-Hey..." Sapnap stuttered, his eyes staring into Karl's.
"How-How are you?"
"I'm fine, you?" Sapnap asked, although Karl could tell he wasn't. The boy looked like he hadn't slept in days. But that was none of his business, because he had no role in Sapnap's life anymore.
"I'm alright." Karl said, and he debated on his next words.

Would it be bad if he told Sapnap how he missed him? Would it be bad if he told Sapnap that he dreamt of him every night? Would it be bad if he told Sapnap how he missed kissing him?
"Listen, Sapnap I-"
"I should go." And just like that, Sapnap had walked away and taken his normal seat in the middle row.

Karl just stood there for a few moments, he felt like such an idiot. Why did he think that'd be a good idea? Sapnap obviously didn't want to talk to him, he probably hated him. Fuck, he hated this. He hated being in love with a boy that would rather sit down and pay attention to an art lesson, than have a conversation with him.
