"She knew she would love the wrong person for the right reasons but she didn't know it would hurt so good"- Anonymous.
Love is where home is,
I used to hate love before,
Didn't like the open door,
But then I fell in love with someone,
He brightened my days like the sun,
And turns out not all love ends well.He hurt me and left me on the shore,
Love comes with an emotion filled sea,
Emotions so deep like the wells near the Yew tree,
Nobody warned me about what happens after,
Just showed me there was only laughter,
The actual experience was better than that. The order of it went something like this,
First came the lust and desire,
Feelings that burned like fire,
Then the sweet, soft, happiness,
The emotions that gave a soothing caress,
But I should've slowed down there,Slowly I could feel the crumbling,
The shaking of the home we built,
It broke down as if made of sand and silt,
Then flood came from rivers that were never there,
Then there was a drought seen from nowhere,
And I fell and drowned and shriveled with him.Eventually, we did not say goodbye,
'Cause life is a mirage, a dream,
It is never what it seems,
So I'd rather love and lose the tears,
And not cower rather face my fears,
And I'd rather love with the pain and not never love at all.
