The silence was deafening,
What had happened to the world I knew,
The world had been stitched with new threads,
With which I was sewed.A surreal sky above,
It was not black or blue,
The peaceful clouds scattered around in yellow,
Across the pink and purple hue.The gardens filled with daffodils, daisies and sunflowers,
They shined so bright and gold in the grey sunlight,
I just lay on the grass nearby and looked up to that incredible sky,
"What a heavenly world to live in alight"
