Black was the colour of the sky that night,
Before it was painted with bursting zirconium,
Golden was the colour of the twinkiling streetlight,
The end of the year was in a pandemonium,
Driving in a fast car, going nowhere so far, hiding in the dark,
Winding up in creek parks, sliding feet on green grass, looking up at sparks,
Standing under crackling fire skies,
I have been pining over iridescent butterflies,
Past the barriers sways a sea so wide,
People everywhere I go, I love a late night car ride,
I bend towards the blowing breeze,
I love the new key chain for my keys,
I dream of swimming in the vast sea, drinking coffee not tea, lighting up an incense stick,
Reading books under streetlights, drowning in the late nights, burning a candle wick,
Sipping cola,
Sip, sip, sip,
Dripping it on the floor,
Drip, drip, drip.
