I met Faith first, before Remi, Kai, or Black Berry. Did she contribute to the start of the group, though? No. Not at all, she genuinely didn't "join" the group until maybe... a week after it started. The "friend group" already existed. It was more so Chanel's friend joining.
They met around a month before Chanel met Remi, sometime around late August, 2020.
They both bonded over a boy, surprise surprise, Chanel liked someone else. She had a lot of guys lined up, but there was this one she liked. I think it started with a D? Anyway, Faith helped her get him.
No, not a D. His name was Marty, he was present when Remi came up to them for the first time. Funny.
personality
There wasn't any "personal depth" about Faith, she was probably the youngest member we've ever had. Rounding to about.. just turning nine? That's my guess based off of how she acted. She'd always try and get attention, but not the same way most did. She'd do obnoxious things, run around in weird costumes and yell at people.
Nobody ever really paid attention to her, wonder why. She was sort of "weird."
Faith wasn't on much, she'd have to be in bed by eight, pray beforehand, go to church a lot, the basic stuff.
She'd always try and fit in with us, but never could keep up.
For example, when I put in my bio "Blonde Berry" to match Kai, (I was blonde), she gave herself a nick name too.
relationships
During her time at the group, she never liked anybody. Probably because she was just outgrowing being a toddler.drama
Most of the other members during the early months of the group were too focused on their own thousands of relationships to get involved in anyone else's, except for Faith. Because again, she didn't have any to focus on.This allowed her to become hyper focused on other people's business, at the time, Chanel's was Milo.
Chanel was sort of pulling the same thing on him, that she did with Black Berry. Except he was more agreeing than him, but we'll get to that in Milo's chapter.
After Milo said no due to already being in a relationship, Faith absolutely lost it. Chanel wasn't even upset at this point, this was happening during the time when Kai and Chanel were still friends.
Before anything happened.
This led to Faith having a break down, Milo didn't listen to her. She attacked him for not wanting Chanel, Chanel and Kai even told her to stop. They were surprised by her turn of emotions.
Continuing, she lost it on both of them. Told Chanel to kill herself, basically. Actually no, literally.
That's how Faith left the group, this happened in mid-to early October.
Flash forward to May 2021, Chanel friended her again. You'll see her habit in that.
Faith accepted, but if I'm being honest, Faith was never that big of a character to begin with. Again, there was no depth. She was a kid. No emotional connection, but she did know things about Chanel.
Big tip, don't open up to people you barely know.
Anyway, Faith brought some of it up, causing Chanel to hit that unfriend button in under three seconds, with Emma's support.
No, ladies and gentlemen, it does NOT stop there. Around a year later, Chanel friended Faith. Things were different at this time, Chanel was...different? Just not as awkward with the idea of Faith.
To put it a different way, the group was no longer immature, in ways they were before in 2020. May 2021, yeah, they were better than before, but still lacking.
All of the drama's aged us, I guess. Anyway, remember a few chapters ago when I said "Black Berry is someone I'd probably make fun of now"? Same goes for Faith, and I had that same mindset in April 2022.
Cozen and I kept making comments at Faith, because who cares, right? She was still dense, probably 11, then.
I mean, we weren't mean, but we just made fun of her behind her back.
Fortunately, she unfriended us after no communication for around a week.
impact
Even though she didn't help start the group, she set some "first times." First times out of hundreds.First time someone was kicked from the group.
First serious drama.
First death threat.
