Save me

Chapter 1.

#Before the attack#

Me and my brother Connor were at the dinner table, we sat next to each other, my mum and dad walked in and put the food on the table. Me and Connor looked at each other and grabbed some food, putting it on the plate, my brother nudges me with his shoulder. I just slapped his shoulder, he chuckles, taking a bite out of his food, I stared at my food and took a small bite. I was just about to grab my phone, when we all heard a loud bang and howls, growls, whimpers and the sound of ripping.

We all stood up fast and raced outside to see rogues everywhere, attacking our pack, my dad the Alpha howls and shifts into his wolf, we all shifted and dad grabs the rest of the pack. We all attacked the rogues but they were too strong and there was too many to count of, me and my brother heard a loud painful howl. We looked and saw our mother, I felt the fear run through me, the blood in my veins boiled, I snarled racing over and banging into the rogue causing it to fall over off of mum.

"Mum" I whimpered crawling to her, I looked at her half torn body and the blood everywhere.

My eyes widen, the tears filled them and the pain breaking my heart into millions. She looks at me, giving me a weak smile.

*Run! Run and don't look back!* She mind links with me and my brother telling us to run.

We couldn't run and leave our family, I refused as I whimpered to my mother. She shakes her head, she looks at my brother but he doesn't agree. I heard another rip and looked to the other side and saw my dad being clawed to death.

*Go! Please you have to live please go!* My father demands, I froze before I got up and stood beside my brother, we looked once more as the rogues took our family one by one.

We raced off into the forest, we didn't stop running, we could hear the rogues after us. I looked back their red eyes and evil faces, sharp teeth and claws covered in blood, I turned my head back racing off as fast as we could. We entered another territory but my wolfs legs gave up on me, I was so tired and weak, I fell down I tried to get up but I couldn't, my brother turns around and races back to me.

He frantically tries to get me up, he whimpers and puts his head under my arm and pulls me on his back. Finally getting me on his back properly, he lifts his head and looks around to see if any rogues were around and starts running again, I was so tired, my eyelids were half shut, I was just dangling on my brothers back. I was about to shut my eyes, when my brother went into a sudden stop, I opened my eyes and saw other wolves around us. It's the pack protectors, now we are dead for sure, I whimpered, hiding my head.

*Connor we are dead for sure.. We can't stay here, we need to move now* I mind linked with my brother but he growls, lifting his head up high.

*No! We will not back down for some strangers!* He gets mad, snarling at them, I sighed, shaking my head at him, his eyes looking back and forth at each wolf, keeping alert

But that's when it hits me, the most wonderful scent, I have ever smelt, I inhaled it in. The pack Alpha is with them, I could smell it, my wolf howls inside, she kept saying 'mate mate', I lifted my head, slowly looking up to see a big black wolf, his golden eyes, he stood with pride, towering over my brother. He looks at me, he slowly walks over to my brother, he was about to go to me, but my brother growls and backs away, lifting his head up high.

I whimpered, my brother looks at me, I looked at him, begging him to back down, he narrows his eyes and backs down, he lays down slowly and I got off my brothers back, barely standing.

"We mean no harm to your pack sir.. Our pack just got attacked by rogues and we have nowhere to go" I spoke, I had tears still filling up in my eyes, I was scared, my wolf trembling, I took a shaky breath.
