Chapter 14. My date.. (Part 1)

I haven't realized how long me and River have talked for, because I woke up and Rivers arms were around my waist. He was laying behind me, he felt so warm, I yawned stretching, I turned around and River opens his eyes slowly. He smiles, looking at me, my hands were on his chest, I smiled, looking up at him, his captivating baby blue eyes stare into mine tenderly. He kisses my forehead, hugging me close, his warmth flowing through me, he made me feel so safe. Adam must have been gone for the whole night, I heard the door creek open, I looked at the door and saw Adam walking in. He looks at me and River growling, he wasn't very happy, River quickly moves his arms away from me and I shuffled to the edge of the bed.

"Adam.. It's not what you think" I said calmly, he glares at River then back to me.

"I sure as hell hope it's not" He growls, River gets up, racing out of the door.

He watches as River leaves and snaps his eyes to me, he walks over to me.

"I'm sorry Adam" I looked up to Adams eyes, he narrows his eyes and frowns.

"What was River doing in our bedroom and why was he sleeping next to you?" He frowns more feeling upset, I swallowed.

"We were talking about things and I guess we fell asleep and that's all I remember I swear Adam I didn't do anything with him" I pleaded, gripping his shirt, he hugs me.

"It's fine" He smiles, he kisses my lips, his hands around my waist.

"I love you Adam" I whispered in his ear, he chuckles, his hot breath fanning my neck.

"I know you do and I love you more" He whispers in my ear, I shivered, his hands firmly on my waist.

"Come with me Alice" He purrs at me, I looked at him, he smiles taking my hand.

We walked to his car, he opens his door for me, I smiled slipping in, he shuts the door, walking to his side and opening his door, slipping inside and shutting the door. He starts the car up and drives, we parked in front of the big mall, I looked at him confused, he smirks. He jumps out the car, walking to my door and opening it for me, he takes my hand in his and helps me out, closing the door and locking the car. We walked inside, it was wonderful and massive, I stared wide eyed, looking around, I was so amazed by it.

"Come babe" Adam snaps me out of my thoughts, holding my hand.

He takes me in a dress shop, I smiled, looking at all the beautiful dresses.

"Pick yourself a dress love, we are going out tonight" He smiles, I giggled excitedly, looking at the dresses.

I saw a wonderful dress, it was a dark red and had a black bow that goes around the ribcage. I smiled, grabbing it, I went to the change room, putting the dress on. It hugged my body, showing off my curves I loved it, I squealed, I opened the change room door and Adam stood there in front of me. His eyes grew wide and his mouth dropped open, he smiles, looking me up and down.

"Damn girl you gave me a heart attack you're so drop dead gorgeous" He smiles, walking around me, looking at me, I blushed shyly smiling.

"T-thanks" I stuttered, my cheeks red, I swear they were like my dress.

I went back in the change room and changing back to my normal clothes. I grabbed the dress, taking it to the counter, I was about to pay when Adam stops me and hands the lady the money. We walked out the shop, I looked at Adam, he looks at me and raises an eyebrow.

"What?" He smiles, I shook my head.

"I was gonna pay" He chuckles, I looked at him.

"It's on me love I'm gonna pay for you today" He smiles, I was about to say something, he puts his finger on my lips to shut me up.

"No point in arguing with me about it"

I nodded my head and he takes his finger off my lips, we continued to walk to a shoe shop. I grabbed a pair of high heels that matched my dress. We went to another shop and I grabbed a necklace with a ring and a bracelet to match everything else. When we were done, we walked to a food court and sat down at a table. Adam gets us a curry, I smiled, taking a bite of it, I stood up.

"I'll be back, I'm just gonna get a drink" He smiles, nodding his head, I turned around, walking to the drink machine.

I got a lemonade bottle and took a sip, I started to walk back to Adam, when I turned a corner, I saw Adams ex. Oh great, just what I need, I rolled my eyes and continued to walk. I heard her and her little pups following me, I turned around, crossing my arms over my chest.

"What do you want slut" I growled at her, frowning she walks over to me, she pushes me into the wall and one of her 'guy' friends pins me to it.

"You stay away from MY Adam whore!!" She spat at me, I growled, trying to get the guy off me.

"Let me go and Adam is mine!" I growled, snarling at her, just in time Adam was around the corner.

"What the hell you stupid slut!" He growls at his ex, walking over to us, he lets the bags go.

"But baby" She says in a girly high voice, making me cringe, she's acting all innocently.

"Don't call me that, I'm with Alice can't you get it through your dumb thick head" He growls back, not taking shit from her, he clenches his hands.

"Adam calm down baby you know you still love me come on" She tries to hold his arm but he growls, pulling away from her.

"You let my girl go and YOU stay away from us I don't love you go away I don't need this crap right now" He growls, frowning and starting to get really pissed off.

His ex says nothing, she and her dogs walk away and the guy lets me go, I rubbed my wrists and ran to Adam. I gripped his shirt, leaning my head on his chest, he wraps his arms around me possessively as he glares at the guy.

"Adam it's ok calm down" He looks at me and frowns more.

"Some other guy touched you of course I'm gonna get pissed" He growls, taking a deep breath and closing his eyes to calm himself down.

I giggled and kissed his lips, he opens his eyes and smirks, he kisses me back. He grabs the bags and takes me back home, we walked into the pack house. Everyone was standing around the living room, chatting and talking away, they went silent, looking straight at us and smiled.

"My son we need to go" I frowned and my eyes filled with sadness, he's gonna leave me..? And he said we were going out tonight.

He looks at me and back to his dad, his grip on my hand tightens and looks down, his hair covering his face.
