hey guys, author-person here. so, yeah, thanks for 1k reads! i'm glad that so many people enjoy my stories. i'm sure you're aware already but i just posted another story in the chapter before this, so go and read it if you somehow missed it. in other news, i have some w.i.p profiles for two of my ocs, specifically the langs/spunkies. i call them w.i.p because later on they could become outdated, which is fine, but for now, here they are, as a little treat for y'all! (also, the original profiles are still in the character list chapter, so if you'd like to read those to compare, do go ahead! the characters' original names are listed next to their current ones so they are easier to find.)

Species: Spunky (gootraxian)

Name(s): Moss (Candy's replacement)

Pronouns: She/her

Personality: Moss is quite shy, especially so for a spunky, who are normally aggressive and territorial. She does like to be alone, or with her own kind, however. She is also quite timid, fearing most strange gootraxians and all humans. Moss exhibits an extreme fear of panthers, though she doesn't know why.

Extra: (HC, might change) Moss, and all other spunkies, rather than smelling of candy or regular skunk stink, tend to have an earthy smell. This is why Moss was named the way she was. She has no special markings to note. She was likely infected by a spunky with a gas mask after lingering for too long in the maintenance caves.

Species: Spunky (gootraxian)

Name(s): Twist (Wisp's replacement)

Pronouns: He/him

Personality: As spunkies go, Twist is quite typical. Aggressive and territorial are his main traits, though he can work with other gootraxians. He is known to be rather mean, though, even towards friends or "minions" of his. Towards minions, especially, he is rather manipulative. Usually by putting them in danger to save himself. When attacking, he takes a stealthy approach, sneaking up behind humans and unleashing waves of toxic gas in their direction. When not committing murder, he can be found with his gang of little nerd friends. He is known not to be a fan of pups. He is known to be ashamed of his face as, underneath his mask, it is severely damaged.

Extra: He is one of the very rare spunkies who has a gas mask, meaning that other spunkies tend to see him as a leader. However, he also works with a group of other gootraxians, who he even considers his friends. These gootraxians are Glint, Tiger, and Nox, as well as Bubbles sometimes. Consider these five the "bully gang" of this universe. He may have also been the spunky who infected Moss. As far as his markings are concerned, he has one thick stripe in dark purple that originates from his back and connects to his stomach fur, though he otherwise looks like a typical spunky.
