Elyse stood there in the classroom with her feet glued to the floor.

"What just happened?" Elyse asked herself. She played back everything that had just happened.

The kiss.

That's what just happened.

"Oh my gosh." Elyse whispered under her breath.

She remembered how his lips were cold. Not like ice cold, but cold. They were smooth too.

"There you are! I've been looking all over for you!" Elyse turned around and saw Daphne standing in the classroom.

"Hey." Elyse said in a monotone voice.

"Why do you sound like that?" Daphne asked.

"Oh uhh, no reason. Sorry." Elyse said and she felt her cheeks slightly burn.

"Okay, well, come on! I'm studding with a few other Slytherins for the other tests tomorrow, and I didn't know if you wanted to study with the Hufflepuffs but-" Daphne started.

"Who are you studying with?" Elyse asked.

"Well, you know. Astoria, Blaise, Pansy, Crabbe, Goyel, Draco, and you if you join us." Daphne listed. "I know I'm a year younger, but I'm just helping everyone else study."

When Daphne said Draco's name, Elyse felt color go to her cheeks.

"Yeah, I'll join you." Elyse said.

"Yay! Come on then, let's go." Daphne pulled Elyse by the arm and dragged her to the library.

2 Days Later

Elyse was having breakfast at the Hufflepuff table by herself. Katie and Rosalie were eating with Susan Bones laughing and joking together. Every once in a while Elyse could see Katie and or Rosalie send her glares.

"I need to talk to Draco." Elyse thought to herself. "Not about you- know- what, but seeing if he'll help me. I do it today. Soon as I can."

"Elyse." Someone said.

Elyse jumped in her seat and turned her head to see who was there.

Him.

The one she wasn't ready to see.

Draco.

"Elyse." Draco said again.

"Yeah." Elyse asked, but it sounded more like a statement.

Draco looked around before speaking. "About what happened two days ago..." Draco started but then paused.

"Was this it? Was he going to talk about what happened?"

"Umm, you ehh said how you think that, umm, well, you know. I'll be willing to help you. That's what I'm trying to say." Draco mumbled quickly under his breath.

Elyse just stared at Draco. She was drawn to his hands.

He was twisting a ring on his finger.

"So?" Draco asked.

"Huh?" Elyse looked away from his hands and looked into his eyes.

"I asked if you would want to meet in the library after lunch today? We can talk more about what you were trying to tell me a few uhh, a few days ago."

"Oh ok." Elyse answered and Draco nodded, then walked away.

In the Library

When Elyse got to the library she found Draco sitting at the farthest table back. She sat down and they talked.

Elyse told him why she thinks what she thinks and they talked.
