Two days later Elyse was discharged from the hospital. She got picked up by Amos Diggory. They were on their way to King's Cross Station. Somehow Elyse was supposed to get back to Hogwarts later tonight. With only a week left, Elyse was excited to finish her year at Hogwarts.

The sad part, she had to go back to the United States.

She did have to stay with the Diggory's for a week after the term ended because she had to visit the doctors before she could fly home.

"Here we are. Ready Elyse?" Amos asked her.

"Yup." Elyse answered. She reached to the floor of the car and picked up her crutches. Even though she could just go to St. Mungo's and get her leg completely healed, her parents didn't want her to be fixed by magic, so they made her heal the normal way.

Elyse got out of the car and followed Amos to the train station. Luckily all of her things were still at Hogwarts so getting there was easy.

Amos and Elyse went through the wall and got to the platform. No one was there.

"Huh. Weird." Amos said to himself.

"That's what I would say Amos." A voice said.

Elyse turned her head and saw Dumbledore standing next to them, looking completely as if this was normal.

"Albus! So happy you're here. We were-" Amos started.

"I'll take Elyse from Amos. Off you go." Dumbledore said and he left. "Now Elyse, ready to go back to Hogwarts?"

"Um, sir, how are we going to get there?" Elyse asked nervously.

Dumbledore put his hand on Elyse and before Elyse could asked what he was doing, they were in the entry area at Hogwarts.

"Why don't you go join your classmates for the House Cup awarding." Dumbledore said with a wink. Then he was gone.

Elyse stood there for a second before she worked her way to the Great Hall.

When she got there she walked through the doors and all heads turned towards her.

"Ah! Miss Colston. So glad you're back. Please join us." Dumbledore said and directed her to her table.

Elyse went over to her table and heard a few whispers. She didn't pay any attention to them. She just turned her attention to Dumbledore at the front of the room.

"I am so happy to announce this year's winner of the house cup. First of all, I would like to welcome back Miss Elyse Colston. She has been in the hospital for a while and had the choice to go home or come back for a few days before the term ends, and she chose to stay with us. You all should be very happy."

"Really Dumbledore." Elyse muttered to herself under her breath.

"Now. I would like to announce the winner of the house cup. In fourth place, Hufflepuff with 1,234 points. Third place, Ravenclaw with 1,379 points, Slytherin in second place with 1,449 points, and Gryffindor in first place with 1, 703 points! Congratulation Gryffindor!" Dumbledore clapped his hands and all of the banners were in the Gryffindor colors. Red and Gold. "I am so proud of each and everyone of you. Let's eat this last feast and enjoy everyone's company."

On the Hogwarts Express back to King's Cross Station

Elyse had joined Draco in a compartment. It was just the two of them. Instead of their usual sitting across from each other, they were sitting next to each other, holding hands.

"I see you got my ring." Draco said, playing with it on Elyse's hand.

"Obviously. It's so pretty. I've barely taken it off." Elyse said, leaning her head on Draco's shoulder.

"I'm glad you like it." Draco said, sliding it on Elyse's finger.

"Oh come on, it's not just the ring I like. I like you too," Elyse said and Draco glared at her. "I mean I love you too." Elyse rolled her eyes.

"It's too bad the term's over. I'm not going to see you again." Draco complained.

"Don't say that, maybe Dumbledore will let me come back next year." Elyse said. When she did, she noticed that Draco tensed up.

"Yeah. Maybe." He said and looked out the window.

At the Diggory's House

Elyse was at the Diggory's house. She had just gotten back from the hospital. She had gotten her cast off and now was only in a boot for a few weeks.

"It feels so good to be out of that cast." Elyse said as she slowly  walked into the living room. She was still getting used to putting weight on her foot again.

She sat down on the sofa and relaxed.

"I bet it feels good," Mrs. Diggory said. "now, you remember what I told you right? Amos and I have a meeting at the Ministry, so we won't be back until tonight. Dinner is in the fridge. You can watch a show or something on television." With that she and Amos apparated and were gone.

A few hours later around 4:25 PM, there was a knock on the door. Elyse paused her show and got up. She slowly walked to the front door and looked out the peep hole. Who she saw surprised her.

She unlocked the door and opened it.

"Louis! What are you doing here?" Elyse asked.

"I came to see you. I see that you're off your crutches. I also came to tell you something." Louis answered.

"Well come on in. I'm home on my own for a bit, but I know you, so I'll let you in," Louis walked in and Elyse led him to the living room. They sat down on the couch. "so what did you want to tell me?"

"I just wanted to let you know that-"

Authors Note:

The next two (and last) chapters are probably the hardest for me to write. Just because I have to say goodbye to writing this story. Also for another reason that you would already know if you've read the other notes I've left.

I think this might be my last update until the end of the week. I'll try to update through the week, but it might be hard for me.
