Chapter ten

Alicia's pov

Larry has been staying with me the last two days, Lizzie has been at Laurent's house. She'll come check on us and stuff but I'm not going to act like I need her every second. My girl is in love and I'm happy for her she can be with that man as much as she wants.

Larry: I'm going today to do some paperwork for my old place

Me:Ok good, I take Aiden to your sisters house today while I work

Larry: Want me to bring you lunch?

Me:I work at a restaurant crazy

He laughed.

Me: But you can come spend lunch with me

Larry:Ok

He smiled and bit his bottom lip.. making me tremble. He gave me a hug then left, I dropped Aiden off then came to work.

Lizzie: There's my boo

Me: GoodMorning girl

Lizzie: Look at that smile

I acted clueless.

Me:I have no idea what you're talking about

Lizzie: Yeah right...so you and Larry?

Me: We're just friends..

Lizzie: Alicia make your move

Me:I don't know...I just got out of a relationship

Lizzie: Baby you haven't been in a real relationship in 3 1/2 years...let him show you real love

She's right.. but I don't know.. i have to do something to see if the feelings are mutual. But for now I think it's best if we stay friends... the shift was pretty slow this morning but went by Kind of fast. I have 3 hours left, gathering my stuff to get ready to go on break I see Larry walking up.

Me: Oh you're right on time

Larry: Didn't want to keep you waiting

I smiled at him and Lizzie cleared her throat.

Larry:Oh hey lizzie

Lizzie:Hello Larry so you came to spend lunch with this lovely girl

Larry: Yes ma'am

She looked at me.

Lizzie: Such a gentleman, right Alicia

I just laughed and shook my head at her.

Me: I'm going on break

Larry and I walked to a table and sat down.

Larry:So I'm not a gentleman?

Me: You are crazy

He laughed.

Larry: I'm joking I'm joking

Me: Look your sister sent me this picture of Aiden and Jules and I almost cried

Larry:Awww they're so adorable

"So this is what we're doing?"

I looked up and it was Jaymir... Larry stood up in front of me.

Larry:I think you should go

Jaymir:Nah I think I should stay, I also think it's time for you to come home Alicia

I was scared as hell but Larry was right here so I felt safe as well.

Me:No...no I'm not

Jaymir: Excuse me

I stood up.

Me: I'm not coming with you...it's over Jay
