Chapter fifteen

Alicia's pov

It's been almost two weeks since Larry and I confessed our love, and shared that special moment.. every morning I've woken up with a smile on my face.... But today I don't know if I'm over thinking or what. I just feel like sooner or later he's going to get tired of me.

Larry's pov

I just got out of the shower, Put some clothes on and went back into the room. I see Alicia sitting at the end of the bed, so I walk over to her and see she's crying.

Me: Hey what's wrong?

I got on my knee infront of her and grabbed her hand.

Alicia: You're gonna give up on me soon...

Me: What? No.. Alicia I'll never give up on you... you're back in my life I wouldn't dare let you go again.. look at me.... I'm not going no where

I stood up and pulled her into a hug.. Alicia will never go through what she went through in her past again.

Alicia:I have to get ready

Me: Go ahead I'll get Aiden up and ready

I kissed her forehead and she walked to the bathroom. I walked into Aiden's room to wake him up.

Me: Aiden.. Wake up buddy

He started moving around, after a few minutes he got up.

Me: Come on buddy you got a doctors appointment today

Aiden: I don't wanna go to the doctor

Me:I know but it'll be over before you know it. How about we get you ice cream after

Aiden:Ice cream?

Me:Mhm

Aiden:Chocolate ice cream?

Me:Any kind you want man

Aiden:Yessss

I smiled at him then help him get ready.

3 hours later

Alicia's pov

Aiden had a great doctors appointment...he doesn't like doctors so he cried a little, just like the other appointments but not as bad. Larry got him some ice cream and we took a walk at the park, then we went back home. Aidens birthday is tomorrow and I have no idea what I want to do for it..

Aiden: Mommy can I go play in the room?

Me: Yeah go ahead baby

He went in the room, Larry came and sat next to me.

Larry: You ok?

Me:Yeah...it's just Aiden's birthday is tomorrow and I haven't gotten him anything

Larry: Tomorrow? Why didn't you say anything?

Me:I don't know

Larry:I mean we can have the kids over, throw him a party. Oh no, you know what we can take them to the aquarium. Aiden was telling me how you liked the underwater animals

Me:The aquarium is expensive Larry

Larry:Alicia I got it.. I told you I don't want you to worry about paying for anything else ever again.

Me:But Larry

Larry:No buts

He got up and kissed my forehead.

Larry:I'm going to call my sister and make sure the kids can come.

Me:Ok

Lizzie just texted me and it's a whole bunch of screenshots. They're messages from Jaymir. I called her.
