Chapter three

Alicia's pov

It's Friday morning I have 6 hours until I have to lie to Jaymir. Fuck.... I don't think I can do this. But I want to.

Jaymir: I'm going to the gym then with the homies. I'll be back around 7.

He sounds like he's in a good mood.... I might as well tell him now.

Me:Ok..Hey um so Lizzie wants Aiden and I to come over today.. is that cool?

Jaymir: Lizzie? What will y'all be doing?

Me: Nothing really.. her um..her nephew... she's babysitting her nephew and we thought him and Aiden could play together.

Jaymir: mhmm.. I guess, be home by 10.

Me:10?

Jaymir: Should I make it 7?

Me: No 10 is fine.

Jaymir: That's what I thought.

He kissed me and put his shoes on.

Jaymir:See you at 10.

When he left I hurried up and called Lizzie.

Phone convo

Me:Lizzie Lizzie he said yes

Lizzie: Girl even if he didn't I was getting your ass out the house

Me:I have to be back by 10 though

Lizzie:10? Ugh what time does Larry want us to be there?

Me:He said 6

Lizzie:Ok I can come pick you up, say 5:30.. well how far is he from you

Me:Like 45 minutes

Lizzie:Ok well be ready at 5:10

Me:Ok see you later

I went into Aiden's room and he was up watching tv.

Me: Hey my baby you hungry?

Aiden:Yess

Me:Ok come on

We walked downstairs and I made him some lunch.

Me:So aiden... we are going to Larry's brother house today

Aiden:Will larry be there?

Me:Yes... and there will be other kids as well

Aiden:Other kids?

Me:Yeah don't worry..we're going to have fun ok

Aiden has never really been around other kids. It's always been him, he's the only child. I'm not really sure how he's going to act around them but hopefully they are nice kids, because my baby is so sweet. As he's eating, I go to his room and get some clothes out for him then I go get clothes out for myself. I sat here thinking about how tonight's going to go... the longer I sat and procrastinated, the faster time went.. before I knew it, it was 4:30.

Me:Oh shit I gotta get dressed.. Aiden come take a bath!

I heard his little feet running.

Me: Slow down baby

I put him in the tub while a did my hair. Just putting it up in my natural curly puff, not too much. There was a knock at the door.

Me: Stay right here, don't touch anything

Aiden:Ok mommy

I went to get it and it was Lizzie.
