Training

Steve and I were laying in bed together after dinner when he dropped a bombshell on us.

"What made you make this decision? I mean I still have to train for Fury." I said and Steve sighed as we rolled to face each other.

"I have you back now, I have the kids. I retired after you died only for a little while though and was brought right back in. Now that I have you back, the kids are getting older and we want to have more children. This is the time. Maybe I can talk to Fury about being your co-trainer or something, I want to be involved but not put myself in danger anymore." Steve said and I smiled at him. I leaned in and kissed him.

"I would love to co-train with you." I said once we broke apart. Steve smiled and nodded.

"Then it's settled, I will talk to Fury soon and I know who I want to take over for me." Steve said and I seemed to read his mind.

"You think people will accept it?" I asked and Steve nodded.

"I know they will especially of I endorse it." Steve said and I smiled.

"I love you Steve Rogers and you will always be my Captain." I said and he smiled leaning in passionately kissing me again as he rolled me to my back.

I was in the gym a few days later watching the new recruits spare but Abagail was sitting out waiting for someone to finish sparing to spar with her.

"Agent Rogers, this isn't getting me training at all." Abagail complained as we watched everyone spare.

"Blame Fury....he didn't get me an even number of recruits." I said not making eye contact with me.

"Well why can't you spare with me?" Abagail asked.

"Given our history no one would think it wise." I said crossing my arms knowing I would love nothing more than to punch her Carter face in.

"You can't be upset that Steve and I were sleeping together. I mean you were dead, he needed it from somewhere and to be honest." Abagail said, I felt my anger rising in me. I knew what she was doing and I was about to go off.

"Ms. Carter, this is an appropriate talk for training. You need to go punch a bag for awhile and get some kind of fighting in." I said.

"You know, if you hadn't come back in the miracle way that you did, I would have had your kids calling me mom within the year." Abagail said and I lost my shit.

"That's it! In the ring! Everyone out!" I yelled. Abagail and I went to get in the ring.

"Agent Rogers!" I heard him yelled and I groaned.

"Yes Captain?" I asked turning to look at Steve as him and Bucky walked up to the ring.

"Can I please ask what you are doing?" Steve asked.

"Agent in training Carter had no one to spare with so I'm helping." I said and Steve shook his head.

"Nat!" Steve yelled across the gym and she came walking over.

"Yeah?" She asked.

"Spar with Carter. I need to speak with Agent Rogers for a moment." Steve said and Nat nodded. Steve and I went walking into the locker room and I was so pissed I punched a locker denting the door.

"Better?" Steve asked and I glared at him.

"Not until I punch her fucking Carter face into her skull!" I said and went to leave the locker room and Steve grabbed me around my waist.

"This unhealthy obsession you have with hating the Carters has got to stop." Steve said and I pushed him away from me.

"My unhealthy obsession?! My obsession?! You don't know what the fuck she said to me out there!" I said and Steve groaned.

"What was said Andie?" Steve asked confused.

"She told me if I hadn't come back my kids would have been calling her mom within a year." I said and Steve just looked at me as the anger built in me again but tears filled my eyes. He took his life in his own hands and he knew that but he wrapped me in a hug. He knew when I was this mad hugging me was dangerous.

"Hey...that never would have happened. I wouldn't have let that happen. Girl was bat shit crazy." Steve said and I chuckled a little into his chest. I just let him hold me.

"Steve..." We finally heard someone say and we looked at see Tony standing there and I gave a small smile.

"You okay warrior princess?" Tony asked and I smiled since he remember the nickname I had been dubbed years ago.

"She was just wanting to rearrange Abigail's face." Steve said and I shrugged.

"I really don't see a problem with that." Tony said and I smiled at him and then up at Steve.

"See tin man gets it!" I said and Steve groaned.

"What did you need Tony?" Steve asked changing the subject.

"Fury has arrived. Said you called a meeting with him." Tony said and Steve nodded. I knew what this was about and I sighed. I looked up at Steve. We noticed Tony walked away so he leaned down and passionately kissed me.

"Just so you are aware, you are the only woman for me, I can't wait to expand our family and move into our own place." Steve said and I smiled at him.

"You sure I can't rearrange her face just a little?" I asked and Steve shook his head.

"Not in the slightest princess." Steve said and I groaned.

"What do I get if I behave Captain?" I asked in a low voice and he growled and his lips crashed to mine.

"More of that later...." Steve said once we broke apart. He then kissed my forehead and left the locker room. "Punch the bag, not her face!" Steve called back as he walked away and I sighed punching another locker door denting another. This made me feel better.
