Charlotte couldn't help but grin at the sound of her baby cousins laughing loudly as she held them upside down. The four and eight year olds were probably the most precious and loveable things in the planet and Charlotte wished more than anything that she had gotten to see them grow up and she swore to herself that she would be there to watch her boy cousin grow up from birth to adulthood and that was a promise she'd fight to keep.

It has been nearly seven hours since she landed in Georgia. Meeting her Aunt and Uncle for the first time was extremely emotional and exhausting that she slept through the two hour drive back to the suburban house the Groove's lived in, but when she woke up the girls demanded her attention so they had been running around in the garden playing tag for the last four hours, only stopping for snacks or toilet breaks. It all felt so strange to Charlotte, she couldn't believe that she never knew about them until a few days ago and they had known her her whole life.

Unfortunately George and Madison had looked up Lauren after Charlotte's phonecall the night before and discovered all about Fifth Harmony and about her kidnapping and abusive past. George was careful around her as was Madison, but Charlotte didn't need them to be, she'd never felt so comfortable with four people before in such a short amount of time. They had unconditional love for her already and Charlotte enjoyed the feeling that it gave off. But she really did miss Lauren and the girls, who still didn't know where she was.

"Girls come back in?!" George yelled. Charlotte shouted back a simple "Okay!" Before carrying the still upside down and giggling girls back inside the house. "I found two elves in the garden." Charlotte stated, making Madison and George chuckle as well as Lydia and Megan.

"Charlotte put us down!" Megan whined. "Say I'm the best cousin ever?" Charlotte asked.

"You're the best cousin ever!" The two girls said in sync. Charlotte grinned and placed the two down on the floor. "You two need to set the table whilst I talk to Charlotte okay?" Madison stated. The two girls groaned in protest but left with George to set the table leaving Charlotte and Madison alone.

"Would you like some help with finishing dinner?" Charlotte asked, Madison smiled and shook her head, "No sweetheart, I just wanted to ask you when you were planning to tell Lauren that you were here?"

Charlotte looked down at the floor and shifted back and forth on her heels in order to kill some time and distract herself from he feeling of Madison's eyes glaring into her skull. "I know you may be nervous, mad even, but she does at least deserve to know where you are Charlotte." Madison said softly as she finished chopping carrots. Charlotte nodded, "I know..." Charlotte sighed as she ran through her unruly hair. "I'll do it tonight I promise. After dinner. I'd like to have a shower first if that's okay?" Madison nodded and smiled softly and Charlotte before stepping forward and wrapping her arms around her Niece. "I'll be there with you, don't you worry about that."

Unfortunately the evening rolled around sooner than Charlotte expected or wanted, but time does fly when you're having fun.

Lydia was clinging onto Charlotte's neck as she carried the sleeping four year old to the room she shared with Megan.

Charlotte smiled down at her baby cousin's peaceful face. Her brown eyes that she had inherited from her mother were hidden by her eyelids, showing off her long eyelashes. Charlotte could feel her heart melting at Lydia's sleeping form. Her slight pout, the freckles that covered her nose and cheeks, her strawberry blonde hair in a messy fish tail and the Mickey Mouse pyjama set made her look nothing short of adorable. It was strange to think that the little person was probably the loudest, funniest and hyper thing she had ever met, but it explained why she was sleeping like a rock.

Megan opened her bedroom door and pointed to the small bed that had pink butterflies on the cover. "That's Lydia's bed." She mumbled tiredly. Charlotte nodded and pulled back The duvet before placing Lydia down and tucking her in before kissing her forehead and turning around to help Megan into bed.
