Lauren smiled down at Charlotte who was now stirring in her arms. Charlotte looked up and smiled weakly at her before snuggling closer and nuzzling her face into Lauren's waist before letting out a deep sigh and closing her eyes once again as Lauren stroked her back gently and she watched her happily. "You okay babe?" Charlotte shrugged and snuggled closer into Lauren before putting her arm around Lauren's waist and holding her as if she was a teddy bear, which honestly Lauren was.

The older girl sighed and shuffled down the hospital bed in order to be face to face with Charlotte. She leant forward and kissed her nose gently, "Hi."

Charlotte smiled weakly again and placed her forehead on Lauren's, "I want to go home..." Lauren nodded, "I know you do, we'll go home as soon as we can okay? But the Doctor needs to run more tests..." Charlotte whimpered and shook her head. The sad expression on her face made Lauren's heart break, and her words hurt even more, "please don't let them hurt me...I-I-I don't want to hurt any more, I want to go home."

Lauren pulled Charlotte closer and kissed her forehead, "they aren't going to hurt you I promise, they just need to see why you keep having episodes. Do you remember what happened yesterday?" Charlotte shook her head and sniffed, "I only remember you saving me, that's it." Lauren nodded and kissing her forehead again. "You had some sort of flashback fit in the toilets yesterday. When they found you, you were completely hysterical and had scratched all your arms and face. They had to sedate you and restrain you, that was all before I showed up." Lauren explained. Charlotte remembered now, and she could remember the reason why she became so manic. She hid her face by resting her head on Lauren's chest, trying not to let Lauren see the tears welling in her eyes. "Charlotte? Baby girl look at me." Lauren asked softly. Charlotte shook her head and rolled over onto her side, crossing her arms over her chest and tucking in her legs, making herself incredibly small. Lauren sighed and rolled off the bed, deciding that it was now time to go and get the Doctor. She stood up and stretched before padding over to the door.

Charlotte looked at Lauren and sat up, "Are you leaving? Please don't, I, I didn't mean to be rude," she whimpered as tears began to well in her eyes. "I-I'm sorry I just- please don't leave me Lauren, please!"

Lauren frowned and walked over to Charlotte who was crying slightly. "Baby girl...I'm only going to get the Doctor." Lauren reassured as she bent to be eye level with Charlotte, "I'm coming right back okay?"

"You promise?" Lauren nodded, "Of course I promise, I'll always come back."

"Really? Even if I push you away or hurt you somehow? You'll never leave me? Ever?" Lauren was utterly confused by Charlotte's sudden change in mood but nodded and placed her hand on Charlotte's cheek before stroking her cheek bone with her thumb and leaning in to place a sweet kiss on Charlotte's temple, "I promise okay? I'll never leave you for long. You're always going to be my daughter."

Charlotte nodded weakly and watched as Lauren left the room to get the Doctor. She couldn't help the slither of doubt that crept into her heart that Lauren may one day never come back and leave her, because she knew she was causing so much more unneeded stress for Lauren and the girls, and that if she wasn't in their lives they could focus on their careers and live their dreams with a little more ease since they would no longer have to put everything on hold for Charlotte's sake.

Charlotte sighed and wiped her tears away with the back of her heavily bandaged wrist. She wondered what Madison and George were doing now, if Lydia was better again and if Megan was wondering where she was. She knew she was going back with Lauren this time, she missed her and the girls and she couldn't be around Lydia and Megan if she was this fucked up still, but she had no idea how to tell them she was going. Of course they knew that she would soon leave, but that wouldn't make them okay with it, and the two had the worst time trying to hold in emotions. She knew they would be sad, as would Madison and George, but she had to go back to the girls, if only for a year or so before she could leave them and come back to Georgia. Charlotte began to think of ways she could leave the girls without legal help. She would be 16 very soon, she could get a job at the gym, save up and move out and away. That seemed like a good idea. Maybe she and Ivy could rent somewhere. Even if she couldn't leave L.A straight away, getting used to the distance and not being so close to the girls for a while would do her the world of good, she needed to be strong on her own and not depend on people so much in order to survive.

Lauren soon walked in with a Doctor. The Doctor was the same on from the day before and apologised profusely to Charlotte about the restraints. Charlotte just nodded and said it was okay before turning into herself again as the Doctor told her her diagnosis.

"Charlotte has extreme post-traumatic stress disorder. Which is why she has the manic episodes, the nightmares and flashbacks."

Lauren gasped slightly and squeezed Charlotte's hand. Charlotte hadn't even noticed Lauren was sat beside her holding her hand. Apparently, lack of concentration was a side affect to.

"-So, I'll go get your medicine and discharge forms and then you two can go home." The Doctor said before walking out the room, leaving Lauren and Charlotte alone. "You came back..." Charlotte whispered. Lauren nodded, "I told you I would."

Wiping her eyes, Charlotte settled back into her plane seat and rested her head on the window frame.

She didn't feel like talking, Hell, she didn't even feel like breathing at all. Saying goodbye to the Groove's was so much harder than she could of ever expected and she had no way to make it less painful for any of them.

She was getting tired of wanting to be with two different people. It was like a super shitty love triangle but less cliche and with family members. Even the thought of seeing Ivy and everyone else wasn't making her feel better. She was almost wishing that she hadn't ran to Madison after her and Lauren's fight because, God, this was hurting her and she hated it.

She hated it a lot.

Today, really just wasn't her day, and all she wanted was to go home and cuddle with Lauren and the girls like they used to in her room and fall asleep with them and wake up to find them still their.

Lauren sat down beside her and immediately took her hand before kissing the back of it. "It's okay baby girl, we'll be home soon and then we can cuddle all day and night with the girls and just relax, okay?" Lauren cooed softly as the pilot came over to intercom and began to explain the usual safety procedures. Charlotte looked at Lauren and nodded sadly before leaning over and resting her head on Lauren's shoulder before bracing for the take off. The last time she was on a plane she didn't have Lauren by her side and she hated it, so this time she was going to hold onto Lauren and not let go. Not that Lauren was ever going to complain.

Four hours later, and they arrived in L.A. The two walked out of baggage claim to see the whole Jauregui and Cabello family as well as the girls and Ivy waiting for them. The overwhelming feeling of...love washed over Charlotte as she sprinted over into the girls arms. Camila being the one who picked her up as the other three cuddled in. All of them covering Charlotte's face in lipstick from where they kept kissing her. Lauren smiled as walked up to them. She planted a kiss on the back of Charlotte's head before Camila put her down so she could see Ivy, who immediately held onto Charlotte like she would vanish at any second. Lauren smiled at the sight before turning her attention to Camila to see her girlfriend was looking at Lauren with ready eyes. "Baby what's wrong?" The older brunette asked.

"I really want to kiss you..." Camila said sadly. The two weren't out yet but Lauren wanted to be now. She wasn't sure what changed but she wanted to be able to love Camila publicly without care. Lauren looked at the girls before focusing on Camila. "Kiss me Camzi." Lauren ordered softly. Camila went wide eyed, "W-what?"

"I don't care any more. I want you and I don't want to hide. I want us to be a family now okay? So kiss me."

Camila didn't need to be told twice as she met Lauren half way and pressed their lips together passionately, making the few surrounding fans and paps go insane. Charlotte turned around and smiled widely at them as the two pulled apart. She had just finished saying hello to the Cabello family when Lauren beckoned her over. She quickly ran over and jumped onto Lauren, koala hugging her with one of her arms wrapped around Camila's neck as the two held her.

"My girls..." Lauren hummed happily, before placing Charlotte down and walking out of the air port with her family.
