#Episode 13

HM had tears in her eyes listening to KS.

HM (in mind to herself): chahe aap jitna kahe ki aap Kadak Karishma Singh hai,  par aakhir aap hai toh ek masum bachi hi na... Jinke mann mein jazbaat hai... Jinhe bhi kabhi Rona aa sakta hai.. par ab aur nahi...

HM wipes her tears and goes from there to the Kitchen purposely and behaves as if she did not hear KS .

(Author's note: please don't feel offensive here as to why HM did not take a step to speak to KS. She did not do so because she wanted to give KS little space and allow her share stuff as per her will and wish.

Bas itna hi kehna tha, ab aage badhte hai)

HM (shouting): Karuuu... Aa jaooo... Hum intezaar kar rahe hai...

KS (wipes her tears): aaye bhabhss

KS comes to the dining area where HM was already seated

KS: kya bana hai?

HM: aaiye baithiye, ye dudh pijiye

KS: ehee dudh... Chii...

HM (glaring at her): Karuu, aise nahi karte...

KS: hume nahi pasand dudh...

HM: pasand se har kaam nahi hota hai... kuch chize karni zaruri hoti hai, jaise healthy rehne ke liye dudh peena zaruri hai...

KS : ahaa... Nahi na... Pls...

HM (sternly): Karu, no more arguments... Pi lijiye ab...

KS made grumpy faces to which HM was smiling... but she eventually starts drinking...

HM: aapko is age mein kam se kam din mein 2 baar dudh Pina chahiye...

KS: nahi na Bhabhs, pls...

HM: acha aapko aise nahi pasand toh ekbaar normal dudh aur ekbaar Hot Chocolate pi liya kariye...

KS: Hot Chocolate? Huh... Bhaiya roz bahar ka hot chocolate thodi peene denge

HM: bahar ka kyu peena hai? Hum banayenge na🤦

KS: aapko aata hai?

HM: haa... Aur nahi toh kya...

KS: wow... Tab toh next hum hot chocolate piyenge... aur hum aapko Hasu di bhi bula sakte hai kya?

HM (smiles): zarur zarur, jo mann vo bulaiye, aur aapko kya kya khaane mein pasand hai hume bata dijiyega... Hum banate rahenge time to time... Chaliye ab so jaiye... Thoda rest kar lijiye...

KS: haa...

KS goes to her room and lies down on the bed with her mobile phone. HM notices that KS was just changing sides but cannot sleep.

HM: kya hua? Kuch chahiye aapko?

KS: nahi vo... Neend nahi aa rhi thi...

HM: phn hath mein rahega toh aayegi bhi kaise? 😒

KS smiles nervously...

HM: chaliye aaiye humare room mein aur mobile yahi chodhke aaiyega...

KS follows HM' s instructions and goes to her room, HM makes KS lie down and takes KS's head on her lap and caresses her hair and KS doses off to sleep within 5mins.

HM (in mind to herself): Dekho... 5mint mein so gyi... Aur itne nakhre kar rhi thi, phone haath mein hoga toh neend aayegi bhi kaise...

After a while Doorbell rings...

HM: finally, lagta hai aa hi gye ye log...

HM carefully places KS on the bed so that her sleep is not disturbed then HM opens the door and welcomes 2 ladies who had come. She hugs and meets and greets them. She then gets chai for them. After some chit chat

L1 : kab tak uthegi Karu?

L2: ha, kabse milne ka mann kar raha hai...

HM: vaise toh 1 hour ho gya hai, jaiye, aap hi log utha dijiye....

The trio goes to HM's room as KS was sleeping there...

L1: Karu, bache uth jao...

KS (sleepy): abhi nahi Hasu dii... Kitna time baad toh itna sukoon ka neend aaya aapke godi (lap) mein...

L1: areh... Hasu di nahi, hum hai... Aankhe toh kholo...

KS comes out of her dreamland and realises who is in front

KS: ammaaa, aap yaha... Bhabhs Bhabhs... Dekho mummaaa ayi haaiii... Woww... Yeahhhh!!!!

(Yes, now I hope you know that one the ladies is KS and AS's mom, she will be referred to as "Amma" in the story and the other lady is HM's mom, she will be referred to as "Ammi" in the story)

Amma: Surprise!!!! kaisa hai mera bacha?

KS: bohot achii huu...

HM: Karu... ab baithne bhi do unhe...

KS: areh haa ha, hum toh bhool hi gye... Par ye ek aur lady kon hai?

HM: humari ammi hai vo...

KS: ohh... Namaste... Baithiye na aap dono

HM: Karu aap jaake fresh hoke aa jaiye bahar... Maa aur Ammi dono bahar baithe hai tab tak...

They both come and sit on the sofa... While HM sets the bed, KS gets fresh and then they all gather in the hall.

KS: vaise ammi, aaplog mein toh namaste ko kuch aur bolte hai na? Kya salam jaisa?

Ammi (cupped KS's face): jii, asalam alaikum

KS: ha ha... Asalam alaikum (does the action), toh aap hai... The great SHO Haseena Malik ki ammi

Ammi: jii, hum hi hai... Bohot suna hai humne aapke baare mein...

KS smiles...

Aajke liye bas itna hi...

Kaisa laga surprise? Aage kya hoga?
