Secondly, no offense to any traditions or cultures but as we have seen in the show as well, AS is a women empowerment supporter, also the fact that there are a few men, who change their surname for their wife. And here, as AnuSeena love themselves and are example of an ideal couple, they both decide to add their partner's surname along with their surname instead of changing it. Now generally and casually speaking, it's something very small... We usually don't talk about it as well and don't give things like these such importance but don't you think that it matters alot to those 2 people, how happy would the girl be seeing her support system standing by her and putting in minimum efforts into the relationship. It's also an expression of love and respect for each other according to me.
