KIERAS POV:

Creeping my way towards cyphrus's shop I find myself almost giddy and excited. I've never met a seer before, and I already wanted to check his shop out to see if he may have the stone I'm in desperate need for. Walking up to the door i open it and make my way inside. I'm immediately hit with a ton of energy, but there's no one behind the counter. Fucking gods above, I guess these crystals are the real deal huh.

"Yes indeed the-." "FUUUCCKKK!" I nearly jump out of my skin and turn around towards whom I'll assume is Cyphrus who is currently laughing his ass off at my expense again.

Clutching my chest and trying my best to unclench my asshole I wait for him to end his laughter. Pff... evil man. When he finally catches his breath he says "no my dear girl, I may know many things, but evil is something I will never let into my soul." At this point I'm speechless and wonder if I accidentally said those words out loud.

We both have calmed down so I take this moment to take him in. His hair is thin and white as snow with a mustache and beard that goes down to his waist. His eyes are opaque. Is he blind?

"Yes my child, I no longer can see, being blessed with a gift of a different kind of sight, I slowly began losing my other senses as my gift grew stronger."

"You can read my thoughts?."

"No no, my child. I see many paths, many time lines, and in some you may have voiced these thoughts out loud."

"Wait so you knew I was coming? Knew our....paths would cross one day?"

"Yes dear girl, though my sight may give me visions, the exact timing of these events isn't always clear."

"That's.......SO FUCKING COOL OH MY GODS. Tell me more!"

Cyphrus let's out a breathy laugh and says "soon. Soon we will have such discussion, but why don't you ask me what you've been searching for hmm?"

"Oh.. right yes" I clear my throat and ask "well. I was wondering if maybe you had a rune stone here. That can be used to cloak specific things?"

"Don't worry child, I know what you are. And I know who you'll become."

Well that's not at all terrifying... it's a good day to wear brown pants...cyphrus let's out another laugh and then answers

" I do indeed have what you're looking for child, come." Cyphrus leads me to a back room filled with stones, crystals and potions that's all have powerful energy oozing off of them. I know I shouldn't touch them but They are all screaming at me to do just that, OOO. My hand starts to reach for a big bubbled looking crystal. Oh my gods this one's so spar-

"Id keep my hands to myself for now child, we wouldn't want to get hurt now would we." Cyphrus let's out another giggle.

Shit balls... he's right... but it's like they are all whispering to me, touch me Kiera ooo yes touch me right th-

"Alright Kiera here we are, take a seat child." I sit and watch as Cyphrus makes his way to another room and walks out moments later with a small box. He sits down with a smile and opens the box, facing it towards me. Looking inside I see a bracelet with a black and red stone attached with barely visible markings all over it.

"Is that the stone I need cyphrus?"

"Yes indeed it is my child, all you must do is wear it on your wrist. And do not take it off unless you want to reveal what you are. It is nearly indestructible and looks like any ordinary bracelet to anyone who isn't wearing it. Put it on, see how it fits. Oh and if at any point you want to switch which sent to hide you need only say Avertas."

Carefully grabbing the bracelet, I slip it over my hand and onto my wrist where the stone lights up a bright red before slowly shrinking itself onto my wrist like a snake so it doesn't move.
