RYDERS POV:

Never have my emotions grown so quickly for someone before. It's almost like a force is pushing me towards her Like a magnetic pull. I wanted to kiss her badly, feel her lips against mine. I continue with "I will do no such thing, besides I doubt that would even work, being mated isn't something I yearn for like you do friend, I'll meet my mate when the time is destined to be and that's that. And hopefully it isn't anytime soon."

The thing with finding your mate is that sometimes it's as easy as touching someone, sometimes all it takes is a kiss, and more often than not, it's formed when a couple take the steps further and Well, have sex.

Rowan scoffs. "Sure. You think that, as I sit here and watch you swerve around a woman who, paired with you, would change the entire game."

"I don't intend to play games, I suggest you do the same." I stare at him with my face cold.

Packing my bag and making sure I have everything I need we head out of the door and meet Kiera at the end of the hall.

KIERAS POV:

"All set lady Kiera?" Rowen asks.

Oh gods

"Please don't call me that." I chuckle awkwardly and He mutters an apology.

"Yes I'm ready."

We make our way down the stairs where Cyphrus is sitting at Timmy's counter with a bottle tilted up as he drinks.

"YOU SNEAKY SEER YOU!" I yell marching up to him and grab my bottle of fae wine that only has a quarter left.

"Not my fault you left it at my shop child." Cyphrus says.
