Mental freak out

I bang on the door until I hear Cyphrus tell me to come in and hurry my ass inside where my mental freak out is put on hold at how awe struck I am at the room Cyphrus is in. Big with shelves everywhere for his potions, crystals and books. So many books. The room is dark in color and lighting but the hue of glowing crystals and potions make up for that.

Cyphrus is sitting at a round table in the middle of the room with a crystal ball and I snort, Is that stereotypical? "Come, come sit dear girl."

I make my way to the table and sit across from him.

"Cy I think I'm losing my mind or.. maybe I was dropped on my head too many times as a baby and now the affects are showing. I don't know I nee-"

"Slow down Kiera, take a breath and tell me what you came here to tell me. No you don't have brain damage, and well... we all are slowly losing our minds." He chuckles.

"......okay yeah... well ugh okay. I'll just be straight forward I mean, I know you already know what's going to happen......every time I touch Ryder, even the slightest touch I always feel like.. an electric current go through me and I just thought maybe I was just super horny for the guy I mean. Anyways I met another Fae today his name is Gavyn and when he shook my hand, I FELT THE SPARK FEELING. What's happening to me I don't understand what's going on." I grab Cy's hands "please help me"

"Gods Kiera... air is free you know, go ahead and use as much as you want, you need to take some breaths."

I start taking deep slow breaths. "You're right I'm sorry. I'm just slightly freaking out."

"I'd say slightly is an understatement."

"I'm sure you know exactly what face I'm giving you right now you stinker."

He starts to laugh "would you like my help or not Kiera."

"Yes I want your help." I say like a defeated child.

"I can't tell you specifics without risking change to future outcomes, but I can... guide you towards the answers you seek." He says.

"Okay great tell me where to go."

He laughs again. "Hm. I want you to go towards the book shelves. In the third row there are colored books, I want you to pick up the first green book you see."

Sounds easy enough, I walk over to the shelves and easily find the book. Looking at the cover it has colored stones set in a circle each representing an element. On the top is the title ' All You Can Know About The Fae'.

"Ooookay..." I walk back to Cyphrus.

"Uh... im not sure how this has anything to do with my Zappy problem..."

"It does my child, you'll just have to read it and find out on your own."

I scoff. This better not be boring...I really just love steamy romance novels though, they are my go to escape from reality, like mother like daughter I suppose.

"Am I going to die of boredom reading this?"

"That depends Kiera, how boring do you find the Fae."

"Okay good point..... thank you for being here for me and helping me through my mental breakdown." I lean down and kiss his cheek.

"I'll see you soon?"

"Yes my dear, you will. And you're quite welcome for my help anytime."

Heading out of his room I start to walk down the hall until I realize it would be extremely weird when Fae start looking at me holding a 'learn about Fae for dummy's' book. Shit, should've brought my bag. I spin around heading back to Cyphrus's room and open the door again. Poking my head through I say-
